Chapter IX

You block and overhead slash from what seems a lance and the person who is attacking is no other than K̸̬͇̊̀i̵̡̲̭̓̈́̏̽̕ȁ̵͍͇̙̫̱̃̇̀̎͋̀͘̕n̴͚̦̳̮̘͗͆̊̚̚ḁ̷͇̠͗͛̂͜. You glare at the girl before you push her back and firing a Getsuga Tenshou at her only for the the attack not to fire and backfire in your face sending you to your back. K̸̬͇̊̀i̵̡̲̭̓̈́̏̽̕ȁ̵͍͇̙̫̱̃̇̀̎͋̀͘̕n̴͚̦̳̮̘͗͆̊̚̚ḁ̷͇̠͗͛̂͜ stands over you with her lances pointing at you. She says something but you couldn't her what she was saying before she impale you with the lances.

You quickly shoot up out of the bed pull the I.V drip that was in your arm. You look around the room seeing that you're the only person in the room, you get out of the bed and made your way to the door after you pull the I.V drip out of your hand.

'This has to be the fifth time I've been here in the span of a couple months.'

"No... It's your sixth time being at the medical wing of St. Freya academy." V says.

'Damn it.' You let out a sigh. 'So how long have I been out?'

"Couple days give or take."

'And you don't know what-"

"What are you doing out of your room?!" You turn to see a nurse running to you.

"Hm? Oh... I need some air." You look at the nurse. "And besides I'm a-okay."

"I see. Please refrain from pushing yourself."

"Well do." You wave the nurse off as you walk to the door. 'I'm going to talk to Theresa.'

"You think that's a good idea?"

'Yes.' You open the door and step through it and appeared on Helio to see a wounded Theresa and the Mei/Shiro look alike. "What the hell happened?!"

Everyone turn to look at you in shock.

"(Y/n)? What are you doing here?" Himeko asks.

"Well I was going to Principal Theresa. Wait that doesn't matter what happen to them and who is she?" You point at the unknown girl.

"My name is Ichigo." She stops to think about something. "I'm a clone made from you and Mei-san's dna."

"What?"

"That's where my original body went after I died."

'Huh?'

"When I died the last thing saw was my body being thrown into a truck."

'That doesn't- You know what... I'm going to leave that alone.' You look at the girl as she tilts her head cutely.

"Hm?"

"Well that answer one question now for the other one."

"Kiana and Wendy was kidnapped by Fu Hua and was brought to Otto." Ichigo says. "When Theresa and I got wind of it we tried to stop her but as you can see... we lost.."

"Don't worry Ichigo." You place a hand on her head. "We're going to get them back."

Elsewhere

A mountain of ice burst open as a dragon is seen roaring to the heavens before it takes to the sky.

As the dragon left the area the ground split open as another heaven piercing roar is heard before it stops and takes to the sky and disappear.

With you

You're standing on the deck of the Helio as honkai beasts stand in front of you ready to attack.

"(Y/n) remember not push yourself to hard, you just got out of the hospital." Himeko says as she walks up to you in her battlesuit.

You turn to her with a smile. "Don't worry. I'm already back to full strength, as a matter of fact." Your body start to glow translucent blue as step to the side which makes another you that was standing there menacingly.

"What the hell? (Y/n) what is that?"

"My doppelganger." The two yous say at the same time.

You summon Zetsu-getsu as the doppelganger did the same nod to each then to Himeko you both rush to horde honkai beasts. You slice the head of a zombie before kicking it's head to another zombie. As the head hit the zombie it was impale not long after after throw your sword you pull on the chain of your sword, once back into your hand you begin to spin the sword by the chain at speed the human eyes can't see, you smile manically before you start swing the sword around. After you and the clone finish up the horde you walk back to Himeko as Zetsu-getsu de-summon.

"Think you can top that?" You ask with a hit of smugness in your voice.

"Don't get cocky because you got some upgrade." she replies.

"Himeko, (Y/n)! Something just appeared on the radar. It's coming towards us fast.

'The only that I can think of that would want to attack Schicksal HQ is... SHit (Y/n) go all out now!!'

You hear a loud roar of a creature, reverberating the air. You look to the source of the noise and to your shock you see a dragon like honkai beast flying towards you.

"Himeko... isn't that a... a Judgment class beast?" You ask.

"Yes it is (Y/n)."

You let out a growl as you transformed into the creature from when you save the girls from the giant mech as the dragon lands on the aircraft.

"We might not be able to make it out of this if you don't use V's power as well." Shiro says.

"He's right."

"I, who shall awaken." You say looking at the dragon with lifeless eyes.

"It started. Looks like it will start." Ichigo says.

"I am the Herrscher who has stolen the principles of the unknown and shadows from the will of the Honkai." Shiro and V say respectively.

"It was always like that, no matter what. That's not right; it was like that every time." Ichigo continues.

"I laugh at the 'Apocalypse', and I fret over the 'Void'." You start again.

"What the World desire.... What the World rejects...." Shiro and Ichigo say this time.

"I shall become the Herrscher of the Unknown Shadows."

"It was always power. It was always love. I'll choose the void no matter the occasion!" Shiro says.

"I shall drown you to the depths of the dark abyss!" You swings your weapon to the side showing your long straight hair, reaching down to your waist, and a Hollow hole decorated with markings stretching from the hole across your chest and shoulders. You have retractable claws on your fingertips and toes, small, furry red tufts, two starting from your collarbone and stretching around your neck and one each on your wrists and ankles, and white skin. In this new form, your markings are are four spike-shaped marks, two of them stopping by the forehead and the other two stretching past the eyes and teeth, going past your chin and joining with the marks on your chest. There are small marks resembling a heart, but with the top and bottom open, extending from the inner corners of your eyes. The mask features two long forward-pointing horns, with black strips extending from your center towards the tips. You also have four wings folded down in a similar manner to the tails of a coat, and a thick reptilian tail with a barbed tip that extends from your waist. "Herrscher merge!"

"What's going on out there I'm getting HE reading of 2000... no 5, 6, 7, 9000! Himeko (Y/n) what's going on?!"

You look at the dragon before you vanish then appearing under it and with a strong upper slash you send it to the sky with you flying after it.

"Judgement cut: Cero enhance." Red and black slash appear on the dragon body as it roared in pain. "Come you over sized lizard!"
