Y/n would watch the island for a while as the boat was heading into the sea, letting out a soft sigh before sitting on the ground of the deck. She look at Gon who decided to go and explore around a bit on the boat, Y/n nods a bit and smiles as She turn her attention to her bag that seemed to be heavier than usual. She opened up the strap to find inside the bag was smaller bags of treats baked by her and her mother with a note.

'Enjoy them for the road! ~ Mum' A small smiley face and heart drawn at the end. Y/n would notice her folded up scooter was settled close to the bottom of the bag, guessing her father must have placed it there for her. A small smile settled on her face a bit before She took out a small sweet, plopping it into their mouth before going to get up and walk around a bit.

They felt the breeze passing by her, causing her to shiver a bit. She pulled up the hood of her hoodie - gently whacking the bunny ear that was flopping down in her face out of the way before continuing to walk around. She would head around the deck, seeing various people talking to each other about why She were going to become hunters or like most were minding their own business.

Y/n continued their walk, feeling the wind picking up more. She looked over the edge at the water, seeing as the waves would hit the boat, splashing a bit. She hummed a bit looking away before it started to make her sick. She were going to head down towards the lower deck before Gon came running towards her. "Y/n!" She turned her head towards her friend.

"Gon? Is something wrong?" They asked softly as they took out a sweet from inside her bag, handing it to her friend - who's eyes lit up a bit and thanked her. "There is going to be a really big storm coming. We should help the sailors!"

Y/n wanted to question how Gon could know that from the very clear skies. They could feel the wind pick up, but they just assumed it was because they were on a boat. They looked back at her best friend's face and nods her head slightly" Alright. Though let me put my stuff down in the lower deck first."

Y/n walked towards the lower deck. Y/n knew Gon for most of the time She were on Whale Island. They trusted Gon and that he wasn't going to lie to her - heck if he told her that jumping off a cliff would be safe, She would probably do it. Gon was her only friend. Her best friend. No way they would ever betray or hurt him. He trusted her. She trusted him.

Y/n and Gon sat on the ground together, Gon grinning a bit as the two would slid across the floor together from how much the boat was rocking. The two would time the rocking a bit to try and give a boast to themself as they slid to the other side of the boat. As may times as She did it, it always ended up with the final result of a tie.

From the Hammock, a male would glance down towards the two children sliding across the floor. He moved his eyes to scan the room, watching as all the people around him would curl up, cover their mouths or were just past out from how sea sick She felt. If She couldn't handle the movement, how would She handle the Hunter Exam? His eyes glances at the other male who was seemingly fine with the boat's movement. He just had his back pressed against the crate, closing his eyes most of the time, but wasn't in any pain.

Kurapika would look back at his book, reading it to try and forget about the smell coming from the people hurling in the corner of the room.

As the boat was slowly calming down - but still pretty rough. Gon would get up to go and aid some of the people who felt sick, excusing himself to go find something that could help. She would look up to find the male still reading his book quietly and another now had his eyes open, who was focused on his own thing, which Y/n didn't pay mind to. She glance at the door seeing the Captain enter, seemingly holding back a small laugh at seeing the suffering of most of the people inside. Though they soon noticed him looking at them.
