Zhang Hao stood at the entrance of Seoul High, feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. The courtyard was buzzing with students, a mix of familiar faces and strangers. Ricky, his best friend, was standing beside him, looking cool as ever.

"Hao, ready to dive in?" Ricky's voice was chill, as if he'd done this a million times.

Hao adjusted his backpack strap, feeling a bit awkward. "Yeah, but you know how I get around new people..."

As they navigated the unfamiliar hallways, Ricky's sleek style and effortlessly cool aura drew envious glances. "The blond boy looks like a movie star," a girl whispered to her friend as they passed by.

Ricky flashed a small smile. "Just doing my thing, you know?"

Their path crossed with a boy, who seemed like a ball of energy with a grin that could light up a room. "Hey there, newbies!" he greeted, his grin infectious.

Hao grinned back, feeling a bit awkward. "I'm Zhang Hao, and this is Ricky."

Junhyeon shook their hands vigorously. "Junhyeon, your VIP tour guide to the wild world of Seoul High."

Ricky leaned in with a smirk. "VIP, huh?"

Junhyeon winked playfully. "You got it. But first, let me introduce you to my friend."

As Gyuvin walked past them, his tall frame and confident vibe made an impression. "Hey, everyone. The menace has arrived."

Hao raised an eyebrow, intrigued by Gyuvin's entrance. "Menace, huh?"

Junhyeon nudged Gyuvin. "This is Gyuvin, he can cause you a lot of problems in the future."

Gyuvin slung an arm around Junhyeon. "And don't forget dashingly handsome."

Junhyeon chuckled. "And a little bit full of himself."

Ricky, with his penchant for speaking his mind, chimed in. "A bit? More like a lot."

Gyuvin turned to Ricky, his playful grin unwavering. "Hey, I've got the confidence to back it up."

Ricky shrugged nonchalantly. "Confidence, huh?"

Junhyeon intervened with a laugh, sensing the tension escalating. "Alright, you two. Save the bickering for later. We've got a lot to show our newbies."

Hao found himself laughing too. This place might not be so bad. "So, what's the deal?"

Junhyeon leaned in closer. "We're all gonna hang out at the courtyard later. There will be a lot of other students. You guys should totally join in."

With Junhyeon leading the way, Hao and Ricky followed as they made their way to the bustling courtyard of Seoul High. The air was filled with a mix of laughter, chatter, and energy.

"Welcome to the heart of Seoul High!" Junhyeon announced with a wide grin.

Hao looked around, taking in the scene of students scattered around in groups, engaged in conversations and laughter.

As they moved deeper into the courtyard, Junhyeon introduced them to the various groups. "Get ready to meet new people!"

At the center of it all, a cluster of students caught their attention. Junhyeon pointed them out. "See those guys over there? It's Taerae and his friends. You'll recognize him by his really big mouth and cute dimples."

Hao's eyes followed Junhyeon's gesture, and he noticed a boy with dimples, who was engaged in a lively conversation with his friends. The other boy standing next to him was Matthew, the friendly and talkative student who came from Canada, and caught his attention as he effortlessly engaged those around him.

Hao couldn't help but notice that Junhyeon's attention seemed to linger a bit longer when he spoke about Taerae. There was an almost imperceptible hint of something more in the way he looked at Taerae.

In the midst of it all, Gyuvin had drifted away to join Gunwook in some playful antics. Their laughter and silly pranks grated on Ricky's nerves, his irritation evident on his face. As he shot a pointed look in their direction, Hao couldn't help but chuckle at Ricky's clear annoyance.

Amidst the bustling courtyard, Hao's attention was caught by a new arrival. A handsome boy walked up to Matthew and Taerae, joining their conversation effortlessly.

Junhyeon leaned in to introduce him. "And there's Hanbin, the school president."

Hao observed Hanbin, his welcoming smile and kind demeanor drawing people in. There was a natural charisma about him that made it easy to see why he was popular.

Matthew grinned at Hanbin. "Hey, Hanbin! These are the new guys, Hao and Ricky."

Hao managed a small smile, feeling a bit shy. "Hi."

Hanbin's gaze met Hao's, and he offered a warm smile. "Nice to meet you guys. Seoul High can be a bit overwhelming at first, but you'll settle in just fine."

Hao's heart skipped a beat as he struggled to find his words. "Thank you."

Ricky stepped in, ever the smooth talker. "Yeah, thanks for the welcome."

Hanbin's attention turned back to Matthew and Taerae, but Hao's gaze lingered a moment longer. There was something about Hanbin's presence that intrigued him, a sense of warmth that was hard to ignore.

Junhyeon nudged Hao playfully. "Hey, you good?"

Hao blinked, shaking off his momentary daze. "Yeah, yeah, I'm good."

As they continued exploring the courtyard, Hao found himself unable to shake the impression Hanbin had left. The encounter left him a tad flustered, his shy nature causing him to stumble over his words.
