I woke up feeling good.

I've been working day and night but despite the drama, I'm feeling a lot better.

I took a shower, ate some breakfast and checked on my baby boy.

He's only 1 but my baby has been communicating well. I'm even successfully potty trained him by myself.

"Good morning mommy baby"

"Ma ma?"

"Hey babyy, you hungry?"

He just gave me a big smile indicating to me that he was.

As I prepared his breakfast, I sat him in his high chair and scrolled on my phone.

My calendar notification went off.

"EVENT: PRINCESS TRUE BIRTHDAY"

I sighed.

So today was my god daughters birthday , who was Von oldest child.

I've loved this little baby since I knew she was coming and I'll feel terrible for not getting her nothing for her birthday.

Despite what happened between Von and I, I will always love her.

Plus his kids and my son are good friends.

Damn near cousins.

I fed my baby and then I gave him a bath and dressed him nice.

We were gonna go to a few stores so I can get the princess something.

I sat my son in his car seat and I got in the car, propping my phone up.

Von was calling me.

"Hello?"

"Hey Jay"

"Hey, what's up?"

"Nun I know we ain't talk Inna minute. You good?"

"Yeah I'm good. Are you good?"

"Yeah .."

He wasn't I can tell by his voice but now wasn't the time to talk about what happened.

"Did you send me True clothes sizes? I'm about to go get her some stuff"

"Yeah and the invitation to her party, I sent it to you not to long ago"

"Okay cool , well Loyal and I will be there"

"I appreciate it ma"

"Of course no problem; see you later"
