                                                                       ~~~~~The Present Day~~~~~
Now, Ed and Harry occasionally spot each from opposites sides of their local park: Crowcroft Park. They lock eyes, just for a second, enough to relive the memories of their fight on that fateful day, to uncover the scars, the saucy stains, to wound them forevermore.
Then, brows furrowed, they look away.
Life isn't always easy for Harry at school. He used to feel like the king of his social circle, but now he feels different-- like he is still king, but other people are as well. It is difficult for him to describe. To tell the truth, the Nando's encounter shook him-- it's all he's been able to think about for the past year. He dreams of it nightly, and daily also. But now other stuff has happened too. Bad stuff. All of his best mates have gotten girlfriends. He think of his buddies: Neil, Dan, Dave, Ollie, Josh, Dan H... they had all been together for so long, but now everything is falling apart. He is being left in the dust. They're happy, but he is not.
It's not that like, girls don't want him or anything. The ladies are mad for him. But he thinks he can do better.
"What is better?", he thinks. For some reason, the fight with Edwards briefly crosses his mind.
He shakes it out vigorously. He didn't get enough sleep last night.
