I was born sick, but I love it

Chapter 1

AN: this chapter is about first year so get ready! i'm so exited, I hope this is as good as it think... ily and enjoy 😉

We arrive at the station sweat clinging to our foreheads. My owl Bamboo was attempting to peck at my brother Regulus' owl, Tucker

We were late.

"Well then!? GO!" mother yells at us
we race to the gate. I swear you could almost feel it closing up right as we passed through it.

Smoke fills the air, I can barely hear my own thoughts over the loudness of the station, I grab my brother Regulus' arm as my other brother Sirius drags us through the crowd.

"Ugh, as if you two couldn't be any slower we'll miss the train"

"What about mother and father, they didn't say goodbye"

"Don't be stupid they can use magic to get here, we cant"

And Sirius was right, our parents apparated right in front of us as we got near the train. I look to my brother, who mother speaks to first.

"Sirius I swear to merlin, you're half as bad as last year and I won't hesitate to take you right home and teach you from there! Now go wait by the train for your siblings"

"Love you too mum" he rolls his eyes and  walks away

Mother hits his arm with her handbag as he walks away.

She turn to us and begins to speak... uh oh

"Now, Regulus my son, Lyra my beautiful daughter I expect nothing but the best from you two this school year, we put everything into sending you here, you are not to speak unless spoken to by a teacher, unless your speaking to another slytherin, think about who you're speaking to, and most importantly do not disgrace this family's name like your brother has proven to, you understand"

Regulus and I nod in unison

"Now off you to two go, trains leaving" father says

"Goodbye mother" I turn "Father"

Regulus does the same and I grasp all my things and pull regulus along. We walk up to see Sirius waiting by the train doors.

"Took you long enough"

He turns and walks in the train as we trail behind,

"Come on in here " he turns into a compartment filled with 3 other boys,
on one side there was a rather chubby boy, quite short, eating a chocolate bar. Beside him a boy in a leather jacket hitting the boy beside him and staring as we entered.

On the other side was the boy who stuck out, head shaved eyes glued to a book... clearly hand me down clothes. Skinny as a twig. I felt bad just looking at him and I didn't even know him. He was scarred all in the face and the boy had these... captivating green eyes, he looked up realising our presence as he heard the chubby boy across from him choke as he was hit by the other boy beside him. He looked over at me and Regulus and smiled I was staring to smile back but dropped it as I realized what I was doing. Why was I smiling at this boy, he clearly must've been a half-blood, even a mud blood, I felt my face turn away grabbing Regulus' hand as I saw the boy with the book look the other way red in the face.

"HEY YOU LOT LOOK WHAT IVE BRUNG!"

"Hello" "Hello"

"Hey" I heard the boy with the jacket say smirking at me

I look him up and down and stare over at Regulus...

"Move over Rem, I got little siblings to seat"

I sloutch in between Reglus and Sirius in my squeezed in spot, with a frown on my face
