the next morning i woke up still in leah's arms. i felt so safe whenever i was with her.
i stayed with leah until she woke up. we went down to breakfast together.

"i need to message sara and tell her what's happened and that i won't be in manchester for a while" i said while eating my cereal.

"what about maya?" leah asked. i shrugged. i didn't know what was happening between us. it still felt like there was something there but we're not together. i feel like if she knows then it will drive her away and she won't want anything to do with me.

after i finished breakfast i went to my room.

me: hey sara, something has happened and i've had to move back to mk to stay with my mum. i don't know how long i'll be here for, probably a long time. i'm pregnant. it didn't happen in a very nice way. basically i was raped. it's not a very nice topic for me to think or talk about. i'm not ready for anyone else to know yet so could you please keep it quiet with the team. you can just say i've left for family reasons or something.

sara: hi lily. in very sorry to hear what happened to you. of course i'll keep it quiet. i'm here for you if you need anything at all.

i went to leah's room. i need some advice and she always seems to be the best for it. i walked in and she was just sat on her bed.
"i don't know what to do." i said.
"what do you mean" she said pulling me into her side.
"i feel like i should tell maya and the girls, but i don't know how. i'm also scared that when maya finds out i'm pregnant she will want nothing to do with me. we're not even together but i really want to be. but i don't know if we'll even be able to with the whole distance thing." i say.

"you can facetime the girls and tell them. or you can do it in person when they come to play arsenal next week. it's up to you. and i don't think maya will run. she seems to really like you and i think you guys will be able to work. you will make it work even with the distance." she smiled. i nodded.

"i might just do it on the phone. then it's out of the way and i can stop thinking about it. i also have another thing." i said. leah nods with a smile.

"what will i do about football. i'm going to be out for a long time. i'm probably gonna get dropped from city and i don't know if anyone would sign me when i'm back"

"i could talk to jonas about signing you for the senior team. that way you will have a place and you can be home and look after the baby from here and we will all be here to support you."

"would he even do that. i'm only 16 and why is he going to save a place for me when i'm going to be out for so long. what if i loose my skills and he signed me for nothing. what if he drops me and no one else want me" i start to panic.

"i said i can speak to him. i don't know if he will. but he is very understanding. he's been saying that we need some new talent. and i know you won't lose your skills. your a williamson. after this baby pops out and your back with a ball at your feet, you will still be amazing." leah tells me. i nod at her.

"thanks le. you always know what to say" i say while hugging her. she kisses my head and then i get up and go to my room to get ready.

i get changed and then message maya.

me: hey maya. i need to talk you you and the girls. call me when your free x

maya<3: hey lil. we're free now if you want to call now x

i ring and she picks up. i go to leah's room and sit with her on her bed.
"what i'm about to tell you is serious. it is really hard for me to think about and to talk about"

"so basically, at that party. something happened. some guys grabbed me and took me to a bedroom and raped me" i decided to just say it. tears filled my eyes when i said it. whenever i thought about it, or talked about it, i always cried. leah grabbed hold of my hand and gave it a squeeze. i gave her a soft smile.
"and i'm erm. pregnant" i said.

"fucking hell. i cant even imagine what you must be feeling right now" maya says.
"we're here for you lily" keira says.
"we're always here if you need to talk" lucy says.

"thanks guys. i'm going to be staying here for a while. i don't know when i'll come back to manchester." i said. "erm. maya can i speak to you privately?" i started to get up and go to my own room. maya also went to her own room.

"i wanted to speak to you about um- about us." i began.
"i've been wanting to speak to you about us too" she agreed.
"i uh. i still really like you. i was wondering if you still like me" i asked insecurely.
"of course i still like you. i wanted to ask if you wanted to be my girlfriend" she said shyly.
"yes. i really do." i said
"we can make it work with the distance. we can call everyday. we can do visits." she said. i smiled. i really do believe we can make it work.

we spoke for a while longer and then i cut off. i got ready into joggers, a hoodie and a cap. i went downstairs and saw jacob on the sofa.
"jacob come on a walk with me" i said.
"walk to where" he said with a raised eyebrow. i shrugged my shoulders
"just wherever our legs take us" i replied with a laugh.
"alright then give me 5" he said and got up to get ready.

"mum we're going on a walk" i said, while attaching bellas leash. me and jacob left the house and started walking. we ended up walking through the woods near our house.
"you know when we were kids we used to come here everyday for walks with dad" he said looking around at the trees. i smiled and thought back to my memories. we walked along the path until we got a bit tired. walking back home, we stopped at starbucks and grabbed ourselves something to drink. i also bought leah something and then we carried on home.

when we got home i gave leah her drink and we sat on the sofa. we all had a fifa tournament. i won all the matches. it's now around 5 o'clock and i'm quite hungry.
"what do we want for dinner?" dad said.
"how about pizza" leah suggested.
"we always have pizza when we eat out" jacob complained.
"sorry jacob but i'm with leah on this one" i chuckled.

i got up and went with my dad to go and pick up the pizzas. tony, the guy that owned the place was always friendly and i hadn't seen him in a long time. when we walked in he greeted me with a hug.
"how are you lily. i haven't seen you in a long time" he said with his italian accent.
"i've been good. how's the business." i asked politely.
"ahh it's been well. plenty of customers." he said. he started making our usual pizzas and gave them to us. me and dad thanked him and then went back to the car.

"well you know, been better." i shrugged.
"everything will work out hon. i know it." he spoke.
"yeah but nothing will go back to how it was. i was happy. i was playing football, i just had the best season of my life. and now i don't know if i'll ever play pro again" i said truthfully.
"your a williamson. we don't give up. things will be tough but we always get back up and come back stronger. and you will come back stronger than ever" he said putting a hand at my shoulder.
"thanks dad. i really appreciate it" i said smiling at him.

when we got home we all ate pizza on the sofa and watched some movies. i ended up falling asleep with my head on leah and my legs on jacob. soon leah and jacob also fell asleep and we just stayed on the sofa.
