The scene changes showing Bonnie, Regulus, and Jeremy as they were in the grill.

"What is this place? " Marlene asked making Caroline raise a brow. "It's like a restaurant but it's also the school's hangout spot."

"oh so like Hogsmeade?!"

"hogs what?"

Bonnie leaned down as she whispered between Stefan and Regulus. "The grill is highkey overrated though."

"exactly if I have to eat their loaded fries another day I might barf." Stefan rolled his eyes. "you two are simply the most dramatic couple I've seen in my hundred years of living"

"And???"

Jeremy slowed down his pace seeing Vicki Donovan, making the other couple look slow down as well in slight annoyance. "Hey"

"working" The girl rolled her eyes as she picked up the food placing it down in front of Matt and Tyler making Jeremy scoff.

"Jer no offense but she's kind of too old for you anyways "Bonnie's eyes trailed to the girl in slight disgust. "and she's kind of a bitch- no offense to Matty"

Bonnie gave Matt a slight smile to which the guy waved off. "your fine bons I know how my sister acted."

"Thanks, Matty"

"I know" groaned the younger teen. "not everyone can have the perfect love story like you two though."

Bonnie and Regulus frowned as they gave each other a look before turning back towards the teen.

Regulus put his arm around Jeremy's shoulder. "we have are ups and downs too you know? but that doesn't really matter all we care about is keeping you safe jer and trust me when I say that putting up with Vicki and that asshat Tyler is not safe at all okay? But at the end of the day, we can't stop you but we're with you every step of the way."

"We love you, Jeremy, always"

Jeremy looked at his past self before turning to the couple."thank you, I love you guys too."

The two had helped him out in the darkest moment in his life and he loved the two like they were his elder siblings. He looked up to them.

"don't sweat it Jer" Bonnie smiled while Regulus gave a nod. The boy couldn't help but feel like those were the words he needed to hear at one point in his life. Someone who would give him unconditional love no matter what happened. But that doesn't matter because he has that now.

Jeremy gave the two a little smile. "you guys are annoying."

"aww you love us little J!" Bonnie teased, pinching his cheeks making the younger boy glare fondly. "besides what would you do without us?"
