Mackenzie woke up from his long night nap, and he stretched his body, while also making a sound of screeching. Good thing that his room is sound proof. Otherwise his neighbors might be thinking that someone's summoning demons. After he did so, he opened his phone to see if his girlfriend, Honey had any news for him. He found 1 notification each from Bluey, Jack, and Honey.
He opened Bluey's chat room. He found a video that Bluey was sending him. The video was about TechnoSword's strategy for hide and seek in Minecraft. He found it funny.
He opened Jack's chat room. He found an image of Jack dabbing. "Fricking dab", Mackenzie said as he indeed hates dabs. He texted Jack, "Cool" as he doesn't want to hurt his friend's feelings. Jack replied, "Hehe".
As he is about to open Honey's chat room, his alarm rang. It says, get some Brekky. He turns off his phone and goes to the kitchen. He found out that no one is at home except for himself. He found a note on the fridge and picked it up.
It says:
"Mackenzie, your father and I will be leaving for restocking food. I hope the survival skills that me and your father thought about helps you out. Please don't die of starvation or boredom. There're peanut butter jelly sandwiches in the fridge if you're hungry. You may now be allowed to play those 18+ games starting tomorrow. Love you honey. We'll be back before afternoon.
-Mum"
That's all it says.
Mackenzie smiled knowing that his mum will be back soon. He opens the fridge and finds 3 PBJ sandwiches in there. He took it out of the fridge and ate it. He heard his house bell ring. He goes to the front door and opens it up. It was Honey.
Mackenzie cheerfully: Oh, hey Honey!
Honey: Hey, Mackenzie...
Mackenzie then notices that her tone is a bit down today and asks: What's wrong?
Honey: {Oh, he hadn't seen my message yet} Nothing.
Mackenzie also noticed that Honey also brought a suitcase with her: What's with the casing?
Honey: Oh. Well, I was just wondering if you wanted me to have a sleepover at your house.
Mackenzie: Oh, sure. We can ask my parents about it.

Mackenzie: That's strange. My mum says that they'll be back before afternoon. And it's 12 PM now.
Honey, who doesn't feel like she is well today started to look down, and tries to hide it from Mackenzie as long as possible.
Mackenzie notices that Honey is looking down and asks her: Honey, you don't look so good. Is there something bothering you?
Honey, looks up to Mackenzie who is worrying about her, and says: I, don't know Mackenzie. I, have something to tell you. But, I don't think you're going to like it.
Mackenzie, worried but smiling at her, and says: I don't mind. Really. Just tell me what's going on.
Honey, who could no longer be able to say anything, except: Check the chat room...
Concerned, Mackenzie opened the message app, slowly, getting ready for what his girlfriend was trying to tell him. He opens the chat room. And it says:
"Mackenzie, I don't know how to say it. I saw that your mum and dad are going through a car accident. I called the ambulance as soon as I could. The ambulance arrived, and pulled them out of the car. I also help them get your parents out. We are on our way to the hospital ASAP. Your mum was awake and told me that... you can have all your parents' stuff... and told me to tell you that they love you... and they're sorry for everything bad they ever did to you... and before I knew it... they... alread"

Mackenzie, stare into the phone, absentmindedly. He doesn't know what it says on the last part.
Honey sorrowfully: ...
Mackenzie worried about his parents: They... already what...?
Honey with tears starting to gather up on her eyes.
Mackenzie felt like he was going to cry, but tried to hold it anyway, and said: They already what?
Honey, finally got the courage to tell him about what was going on. And so, she said: They... *sob* they're already... a-already... *sob* d... d-dead...
Hearing the news, Mackenzie dropped his phone, looked at the floor, and started crying...
Honey, trying to confront her boyfriend by hugging him. Mackenzie hugs her back. Honey told him that she was actually moving out to his house. Mackenzie responds to her, knowing that he won't be alone.
Mackenzie: Please *sob* don't ever *sob* leave me here *sob*...
Honey: It's okay my love *sob*. I won't.
Mackenzie: *Sob* You promise?
Honey: I promise.
And with that, he hugged Honey even tighter, Honey hugged him back.
