Nueah's voice are mad.

That evening Toh and Nueah's friends came to visit.

Som said Toh can have his leave. Toh just need to give them letter and doctors certificate. Also the result if he had laboratories

Toh and Nueah provided everything needed.
Toh can come back to the University when he is full well.
And he decided to come back when the bite marks are healed.
