"Meredith, also scrub in" Dr.Shepherd says as he passes her. He and Y/n rolling their patient to the elevator up to the OR, Addison quickly following behind.
Meredith rolled her eyes as she walks beside Y/n.
"Dr. Montgomery Shepherd has a husband?" Y/n whispered to Mer as she walked
"Yeah, I'm shocked too. I had relationship with Dr. Shepherd then she came out of nowhere and surprised me too." Mer says with a tired sigh.
"I almost kissed her." Y/n continued
"Oh wow you were almost played too." Mer giggled out.
The Shepherds heard the two talking in hushed voices but the two could not make out anything they said as they had their own conversation at the same volume. As they entered the elevator
"When are you leaving again?" He said in a frustrated manner
"Aww I thought we were getting somewhere?" Addison says with a fake pout
"Don't worry, all my patients are gone, so soon" she continued, heart aching a bit
As the elevator opened they all continued to walk in silence to the OR

The patient settled under the anesthesia and Dr.Shepherd asked for the Ten blade.
Meredith held the suction to the bleeding as Dr.Shepherd fixed the blood vessels.
I held the basin with the part of her skull.
The smell of burning flesh was ALMOST as evident as the Awkwardness in the room.
Which Y/n was quick to dismiss.
"Dr. Grey what happened to the dogs?" Y/n asked, using the meaning 'Shepherd' in a different way.
Mer was quick to understand what Y/n meant as Derek and Addison who was by the baby monitor looked confusingly between the two before looking back to there fields.
"Dr.Yang a lot happened, They were walking down the park until a Golden retriever stole the attention of one on them." Mer paused to take a breath before continuing
"Golden retriever bit the other dog making it run away. But it's mate was still hot on his trail and came back." She ended
"Oh I see" Y/n nodded in realization
"What is this story about? Dr.Grey you don't have dog?" Derek said questioningly
"Yes what's its meaning" Addison agreed while intrigued to know what the story represents.
"Oh nothing don't worry about it Dr. Shepherds" Y/n said bitterly as Mer gave a tiny giggle.
"Oh really?" Derek and Addison said in unison which was quite scary.
Y/n and Mer looked up to find both Shepherds looking at them, Shepherd already clipping the aneurysm and silently telling Y/n to give him the piece of skull to finish up.
Y/n looked away from them and looked directly into Meredith's eyes and responded.
"Yup it's ABSOLUTELY nothing" Y/n laughs while keying the significance of the word 'absolutely'
