Christian's heart pounded in his chest as he gazed at Giselle, his emotions swirling in a tempest of jealousy and frustration. Seeing her radiant beauty, he couldn't help but feel a surge of anger that she appeared so stunningly alluring even in his presence. The intensity of his emotions overwhelmed him, and without thinking, his frustration manifested in the form of a sharp honk,
a jarring interruption poised at the precipice of a tender moment. His lips, which had been on the verge of embracing hers, now hovered hesitantly, torn between desire and the turmoil within him.Next day I saw her passing through her cabin she looked happy.
Max intruded asking her "how was the date"
she answered it "well it was great" both giggled.
Max asked Giselle "is Tyler your boyfriend?"
Giselle denies . And goes to her cabin .As times passes Giselle or christain couldn't shake the feeling that there was a growing distance between their hearts, mirroring the physical separation they now experiencing
After couple months .
Max, their manager, unveiled a new project that would require Christian and Giselle to collaborate closely.
Chris and Giselle found themselves working side by side on a new project, but things weren't quite right between them.
Despite crossing paths often, they seemed distant. However, Chris secretly cared for Giselle.
Giselle could notice it .
Giselle couldn't help but notice Chris's efforts, the subtle ways he tried to make things better.
He organized team lunches and stayed late to finish work, all of it seemingly for her.
These actions began to thaw the distance between them, making her heart soften. She also caught Chris looking at her, a pleading expression in his eyes, as if silently asking her to stay close. The memory of that one night when he had been drunk and whispered, "Don't leave me," echoed in her mind. That voice, that plea, it stayed with her, resonating deep within her thoughts. On the last day of project as everyone else left the office Chris in his cabin siting next to Giselle asks if he could take her to nearest restaurant and have dinner with her .
Christian "can we have dinner?" Giselle was waiting for him to ask or take her with him . She smiled and agreed.
giselle "sure. I'm hungry as well".
As they reached the restaurant and ordered
Christain keeps looking at her .
His constant gaze, fixed on her, felt both comforting and puzzling.
Giselle, "Why do you keep staring at me?"
Chris responded, "I don't really have a specific reason," he admitted,
Their food arrived and they had their dinner .After that Christan proposed Giselle to drop her .once they arrived their appartment.
Giselle "why dont you come over?"
Chris agreed, and they both headed to her home.
The space around them seemed to hold a sense of possibility.
After few minutes of silence Christian asked
"Why do you keep ignoring me bubbles?"
There was a tinge of sadness and hurt.
Giselle replied;
"Because it is safe for both of us." She turned slightly to face the other side.
Christian's questioned her"What do you mean by 'safe'? Don't you want me around"Giselle "Christian, you keep playing with my feelings. I've seen you with other women countless times, and it's left me exhausted. Even when I try to move on, it's like you're holding me back. You've left me confused and unsure about where we stand".
Christian's ,"I'm sorry about the other women, Giselle. I can't explain it right now. But seeing you with someone else, smiling like you do, it just... it hurts."
"I love you, Giselle". a confession of his feelings .Without further hesitation, he leaned in and kissed her.Giselle's mind seemed to freeze for a moment, the weight of Christian's confession and his kiss overwhelming her thoughts. In that instant, everything else faded into the background. She didn't care about the ring he wore or his engagement status. Tyler and any reservations seemed distant as she responded to his kiss, a surge of pent-up emotions and desires finally finding release.
As the intensity of their kiss deepened, Giselle found herself drawn closer to Christian. The warmth of his lips against hers sent electric currents through her body, erasing any lingering doubts or hesitations, she shifted her position, instinctively seating herself on Christian's lap.
Giselle's fingers gently brushed against the side of his face.
His hands encircled her waist, pulling her even nearer, the subtle strength of his touch sending shivers down her spine.
moan escaped Christian's lips;
"Bubbles," he murmured, his eyes locking onto hers. "Will you regret this later?.
Giselle didn't responded, leaned on him and kissed him .
Christian's grip tightened as he pulled her back slightly,
Christian asked ""Will you regret this if we take it further?" Giselle met his gaze. "I've already crossed my own lines,"I don't think I will regret it."
he leaned back, allowing her access to his neck. As her lips brushed against his skin, a shiver ran down his spine, his grip on her waist firm and possessive. He held her close, the scent of her hair and the taste of her kiss heightening his senses.
