Around when I was 20 we got two new pillars. [i don't know if these two became hashira at the same time so just go with it pls😭] one of them had very pretty pink and green hair with an odd uniform. The other I actually knew. It was Kanae's younger sister shinobou. Although now she was wearing Kanae's haori.
" Everyone, this is Shinbou Kocho and Mitsuri Kanroji. Please treat them with kindness."
After introductions I went to talk to mitsuri.
"Hi, Mitsuri right? Nice to meet you, I'm Y/N."
"It's nice to meet you too! You're very pretty!"
"Aww thanks! You're beautiful as well. Friends?"
"Friends!"
After while, me, Mitsuri and Shinobu became best friends. I also got closer to Obama I since he was not only Sanemi's best friend, but he also had the most obvious crush on Mitsuri. And including Sanemi, that was my main friend group. I tried talking to Giyu every now and again but most of the we just sat in silence watching the pond. Then one day, I was watching Shinobu talking to giyuu.
"See giyu, this is why you have no friends."
Both me and giyu just looked at her with a blank stare. "That's not true, me and mitsuri are his friends. Same with Rengoku. And I think I've seen him have good convos with Gyomei a few times. Giyuu has friends." I told with a slight glare. " if you're gonna try to burn someone, at least let it have some truth to it." Shinobu looked at me with a slightly annoyed face while giyu had his eye slightly widened. I swear for a split second
I saw him smile.
