Author POV:

Dissapontment. That's all you felt that morning. You had been so happy the night before. But in the morning, you found that he didn't remember a thing. (I should have expected that. He hit his head really hard in rocks. Of course he didn't remember. Way to get your own hopes up Y/N.) that's all you had been thinking that morning. And yet, it still hurt. You had been in such deep thought that you didn't even noice Giyu had been calling you this entire time.

"Y/N? Are you ok?"Giyu asked.

"Huh?" Your head rose for a second.

"Oh yeah, I'm fine. Just thinking." You said putting your head back down.

"Y/N, please don't lie to me."

"I'm not lying."

"Y/N, I can see it in your eyes. Did something happen yesterday?"

"Yeah, not like you would remember though." Mumbled under your breath.

"Y/N. Please tell me what's wrong."

"Im fine Tomioka." Giyu  then placed his hands on both sides of your face and fixed you to look him in the eye. He almost literally stared into your soul.

"Y/N, please. I don't like when you're sad. Please just let me help you. I'm your friend aren't I?"

Friend. Friend. Friend. That word was all you could think about in that moment. That word echoed in your head. It's like it was engraved into your brain. (That's all I am to him. Isn't it. A friend.) Tears started falling down your face. You the got up and ran out of His room. Out of his house. You didn't know where you were going, but just ran. Eventually you found a river. It was beautiful. It was definitely a part of the hq as the rocks were along the river bank. You then took your shoes off and sat down by the river. You felt the water touch your feet. It felt nice. Soon, you heard footsteps. You turned your head around to see who it was.

"Y/N?"

"Oh, hello Obanai." You said putting your head back down to look at thw river once more.

"What are you doing all the way out here? I thought you would be with tomioka?"

"Heh I was." Obanai the took a seat next to you. He then looked at you and noticed you were crying.

"Did he do something?" You nodded your head by then shook it.

"He did, but I don't think he meant to."

"What happened?" You then brought your knees up to your head and hid your eyes on them.

"I got friend zoned." You said, slightly muffled.

"Wait, but didn't you send my a letter at the literal butt crack of dawn saying "OMG HE CONFESSED LAST NIGHT!"?"

"Heh, yeah. I did. But he was basically asleep when he said it."

"Oh."

"Am really am just his friend, huh." You then felt warm arms around you.

"It's ok to cry. Cry as much as you need to. I won't tell a soul." Obanai knew you didn't like crying in front of others. You then hugged him back and bawled your eyes out. You cried and cried and cried. You cried until your throat hurt. Obanai then put his haori around you and sent his crow to tell mitsuri about what happened and brought you to her estate.

[at the love estate.]

Obanai knocked on her her door and the second he did he heard people running really hard. The door then slammed open startling you and Obanai. To your surprise it wasn't mitsuri or even shinobou, it was Tengen and Rengoku. 

"GIVE HER TO ME!" Rengoku shouted with the most worried look on his face anyone had ever seen. He then stacked you out of obanais grasp and picked you up reverse piggyback style. You then just wrapped you arms around his neck and legs around his waist and he put his hands on your head and lower back. He then brought you inside to a worried bunch of pillars. Once mitsuri heard the news from Obanais crow she told all of the pillars and told them to bring snacks and games to play. 

"I've got her."

"Bring her over her!" Mitsuri demanded. Rengoku really want to put you down and Tengen don't want to leave your side down [they in protective brother mode] so they just sat down next to her and shinobu.

"Rengoku can you please give her to me?" Shinobu asked.

"No, my sister."

"But-"

"M I N E"

"Oh, ok." Y/N laid her head in the crook of Rengokus neck and fell asleep as she was tired from all the crying.

"Oh, she fell asleep." Tengen said.

"Ooo! I have an idea! Let's all have a sleepover here!"

"Wasn't that the plan from the start?" Sanemi asked.

"Oh, right. I forgot."

[in the morning]

You woke up in both Tengen and Rengoku's arms, both now in pajamas. You sat up and saw that you and the other puller were in some sort of cuddle pile. You then were pulled back down be Tengen.

"None of us are moving. You're staying right where you are." Rengoku said, eyes still closed. You weren't planning on leaving anyways. Then you thought( wait, how did gyomei not break the bed with how big he is.) but you just shook it off and just went back to sleep.

Don't ask me why but I just decided to do some angst today. But luckily it ended in a fluff☺️.no think I've been reading to many oneshots💀. The next part is gonna be this but in Giyu's perspective 🙂.
