Koko's POV

"You'll be partner with Rindou." I said with such a teasing smile

"WHAT?!" they both yelled as soon as they heard my words that result them to feel flabbergasted

"No, that's a no"

"No way, dumbass"

As they exchanged glare at each other, I let out a sigh due to frustration it's giving me.

I don't think it's a good idea but well...

It's all Mochi's idea. After having breakfast with them, he influenced me to know what just happened about them last night. He succeed and I agreed, we badly wanna know the truth about them.

"Well, you two have no choice. It's already been decided, we can start tomorrow at night when I finish making plans" I said before sitting back down.

"Tch, damn it" I heard Sanzu's comment before stomping his feet out of my office.

Maybe this is really not a good idea but well...

I'm pretty sure it'll be advantage for Rindou 'cause we all know he's quite interested to that drug addict. Except Rindou himself who's still in denial.

"It's probably a good idea for you to get along with him for now while I'm making some plans" I suggested before going back to my seat.

I received nothing but stare from the youngest Haitani before he decided to have his way out of my room.

I should atleast make a better plan for this.

Rindou's POV

I should be partner with my brother as usual, why is it have to be him?

It's not because I hate him, but he does. He thinks I will hate him for kissing me but it doesn't make sense at all. Whatever actions he made, I will always end up questioning myself about him

And that's so fucked up.

"What's up Rindou? I heard the announcement."

I was snapped by my own thoughts when I heard my brother's voice. I looked up, only to see him leaning against the wall with his arms crossed on his chest.

"Yeah, we're just waiting for further announcements." I said, scratching the back of my head.

"Is it a mission with Sanzu?" He asked as I just nodded.

"What's up with that money maker? After the issue last night, he just decided to team you up with Sanzu?"

I can already see the frown through his eyebrows while he keep staring at me. I knew from that, he's already annoyed

"That's what I was wondering as well. I don't know what is he thinking" i commented before proceeding to walk to take a seat at the couch.

He stood there still yet his gaze followed me.

"Do you want me to convince him? I should be your partner in every mission" he says, I can sense the seriousness in his voice.

"No need, I'll be fine, I swear" I said, leaning back to the couch.

Yeah, I'm his partner most of the time. There are times where he paired with Mochi and Takeomi but when it comes to me, he doesn't accept any mission where I can be alone with anyone.
