Lady Vangeance

William Vangeance and Yami Sukehiro, members of the renowned Grey Deer magic knight squad, were tasked to investigate incriminating activity in the northern parts of the kingdom, they bumped into another magic knight, Jack the Ripper, along the way.

Apparently, Jack was already in combat with an occult after interrupting their sacrificial ritual. The trio swiftly overpower the criminals with grace and precision

 Well, at least for William as Yami and Jack almost destroyed the area with their brutish fighting styles. Luckily, the masked knight healed the environment with the nutritious roots of the world tree. He sighed, watching the two squabble over petty arguments, knowing that getting angry won't even scratch their dense stubbornness. s

In the end, the three mages reign victorious with their robes and armor slightly tattered and covered in dirt. The remnants of their recent battle with a powerful occult are scattered around them. 

WILLIAM (brushing off the dirt from his collar)

"Efficient work. We should report this to the capital immediately."

YAMI (smirking)

"HAH! I totally got more hits in than you did! "

JACK (cracking his knuckles)

"Shut up, foreigner! That's cause you kept sucking them in with dark magic! Come back when you actually put in the work to show off!"

YAMI (mocked)

"What I totally worked my butt off for this? Oi, you there!"

The dark mage points his katana blade at one of the tied up criminals, who is profusely sweating in terror.

OCCULT MEMBER (stuttering)

"W-what?"

YAMI(menacingly)

"You can vouge for me, right? I definitely murdered the crap out of you guys... RIGHT?"

OCCULT MEMBER(crying)

"YES!"

JACK (rolling his eyes)

"Whatever, these guys are so pathetic. They had a lot of  confidence when sacrificing those people, and yet they can't even take it when their put on the spot. "

A spatial magic arrives to collect the criminals and send them to the capital. After securing the last man, the magic knight turns to look at the grey deer members and Jack.

TIMOTHY

"Do you guys need a ride back as well?"

WILLIAM

"Thank you for your generosity. However, we still have to complete the final stage of our task. You may carry on."

With that, the two salute each other, and the spatial user exited the crime scene. William, Yami, and Jack are left to inspect the traces of the occult. One more final investigation before leaving.

JACK (noticing a stone that is wedged slightly off the wall)

"Hm?"

The slashing mage removes the "black sheep" stone, and the wall surprisingly doesn't come down. There, Jacks eyes widen at the amount of gold and riches hidden inside.

JACK (shocked)

"WOAH! These guys are loaded!"

WILLIAM (turning around)

"Did you find something, Jack?"

JACK (motioning William to join him)

"Looks like these guys were paid a fortune for this ritual."
