Sarah's POV
I can't believe John B would be like a Rachel Green and say that we need a break. Like a break while we are going to be parents in the next 9 months. I told Jiara and Pope and Cleo too and they were very pissed at what John B said about this whole break thing.
Today was the first appointment to see the baby and yet I did text John B if he wanted to come and see his baby for the first time but no answer back. So I was going with Jiara and Janelle as they had an appointment with the same doc too. Mine was after Kie's because she's been through it once and I just want to see how it's like seeing ur baby for the very first time.
Kiara-will u be ok if he doesn't like show up?
Sarah-I May cry at night but idk it's his baby that he should see
JJ-he's going to get it because he broke my sisters heart twice!
Sarah-bro it's ok I get used to John B breaking my heart...he loves to break everyone's hearts
Kiara-but I'm sure he's just freaked about being a father...he might just not want to be like his father who only cared about gold
Sarah-true but idk at this point
JJ-look, I'll talk to him later today because he will open up with me and I'll give him advice too
Kiara-omg yea u should do that babe I mean if it's ok with u Sarah
Sarah-ofc it's ok with me but don't do anything stupid
JJ-I won't
Sarah-and if he comes back crying to me imma thank u because I do love John B soooo much and I can't imagine my life without him
The doc comes and calls Kie's name and they head into her room and Janelle gets super excited to see her sibling.
Doc-u see, that's ur baby!
The doc pointed to the baby.
Jiara-awwwww!
Janelle-that my baby!!
Sarah-and this baby will have the best big sissy!
They heard the heartbeat and everything is healthy.
Kiara-so how many weeks am I?
Doc-well it says that ur a good month in
JJ-that's a long time...we just found out last week
Sarah-but she said that she's been feeling sick in the morning for a few weeks so that must've meant she was pregnant at that time
JJ-oh yea, thought that was good poisoning
Kiara-same babe!
JJ-and when will we know the gender because I'm thinking that this baby is a girl
Kiara-same because I see JJ more as a girl dad
Sarah-me too but I see myself as a boy mom
Doc-so ur Sarah Cameron?
Sarah-yup that's me
Kiara-she's my friend/sis in law that got the appointment right after me for u
JJ-Sarah is my half sister
Doc-cool and does she have a spouse here ?
Sarah-idk if he's coming but let's get started!
Now it is Sarah's turn.
Doc-I'm guessing this is ur first child
Sarah-yup! I just wanted to see how my friend was doing it because I'm totally nervous rn and she has many experiences with this when she was pregnant with Janelle
Kiara-yup and I actually got his wife to be Janelle's pediatrician and I'll give u the details whenever the baby is born
Sarah-cool!
Doc-ok just give me a two min break and I'll be back in here, I just need to grab some water
Sarah-ok!
The doc went out.
JJ-Kie and I have to talk outside so u can stay here with Janelle until we come back
Kiara-yea we will be back in just a min!
Sarah-ok
Jiara went outside because they got a text from John B about how he feels very guilty. So he decided to show up but not tell Sarah. John B saw Jiara and went to them.
John B-is she pissed?
Kiara-very
John B-I definitely screwed this up
JJ-yea u did and don't hurt her every again!
Jiara went inside and John B followed as the Doc was already back and getting the ultrasound ready. Sarah was busy with Janelle and didn't see John B yet. The doc does the ultrasound.
Doc-that's ur baby!
The doc points to the baby.
Sarah-awwwww!
John B walks from behind.
John B-out baby definitely does look cute!
Janelle-uncle John B!!!!
Janelle runs up to John B and he carries her as they are hugging. Sarah turns around in shock and has tears in her eyes as well as John B.
Sarah-omg u showed up!
Doc-he's the spouse?
Jiara-yes!
John B-how about we talk about us later and we can see our little baby!
Sarah-ofc! So how far along am I and when will I know the gender?
Doc-ur two weeks and for both couples, u will know at 10 weeks
JJ-good because we only have 6 weeks left till I get to see if I'm a girl dad
Kiara-yea u for sure are going to be a girl dad and the best one too!
JJ put his arm around Kie as they both admired how happy Jarah is and especially how happy Janelle is that uncle John B is back.
Doc-u two surely did make a great daughter!
Jiara-thank u doc!
The appointment ended and they went into the parking lot.
Sarah-I actually should go with John B so that we can talk
Kiara-yea he wanted to talk to u so I say go with him and let me know if u need anything
JJ-and if u need me to come I'll be there
Sarah-guys it's totally ok and I was thinking if we can take Janelle too because as u both can tell she really did miss her uncle John B!
Janelle-I want to go with Auntie Sar Sar!!
Kiara-ofc my baby u will go with Auntie Sar Sar!
Janelle-sleepover at Auntie Sar Sar's?
Sarah-I'll ask ur mommy and daddy for u!
JJ-yes she can sleepover at Sar Sar's!
Janelle-yay!!! Thanks mommy and daddy!
Sarah-only Janelle gets to call me that!
Kiara-but it's the cutest name!
John B was waiting in the Twinkie and Jiara said their goodbyes to Janelle until the morning and they both left.
With Jarah and Janelle.
John B-so I guess we are babysitting
Sarah-she wanted to come with us and hang with her cool auntie and uncle!
John B-but that talk is a must need later on!
Sarah-yea it is!
They both smiled at each other as Janelle was cheering them on.
They got home and put Janelle to sleep since it was her nap time as supposed to what Kie told Sarah.
John B-now can we talk?
Sarah-yes we can!
They sat down at the couch.
John B-I'm very sorry for my actions and what I did to u and our baby was very bad and I won't ever do it again
Sarah-ok
John B-and I screwed up because once u told me I freaked out and had to come back home and now I feel very guilty for leaving u in a different country
Sarah-look I get that ur nervous but it's ok to be nervous...and plus if ur ever nervous u can always go to Jiara and ask them how they did it and look at them now, they have a perfect little princess who is one years old and now they are expecting baby number two. That'll be us someday but for right now, we just have to learn how to become the best parents to our child and I'll always love u even though u left me in a different country...I love u baby!
John B-wow what u said was amazing and I won't ever do that again and I love u too!
They both kissed and were back to their happy life.
