part 1

NELSON AND JAKE ROSE, have been friends for about two years now but Isabella has never known about their friendship since they would always hang out at Nelsons house and plus her brother didn't talk about her friends to her that much. 

"Isabella was finishing up her slick back ponytail when her mom called out her name. "Isabella hurry up, I need to pick up your brother and then take you to practice!"

"Coming mom!" Isabella responded. This was her last basketball practice before her big game where scouts were  gonna be, including the famous team rod wave elite. She felt butterflies arrive in her stomach thinking about the game. All she could think about was "what if I mess up?" or "I'll never get recruited to their team."

Isabella ran down the steps and into the car and started playing  by snooze by SZA, singing along to the lyrics. "I cant loseee when I'm with youuu" her mom laughed at her before starting the car and driving to an unfamiliar house.

isabella rose:
do you guys know that rwe is gonna be recruiting for their girls team at our game?!?!

grace adams:
i heard!! maybe you can finally get a shot at yk who 😉

avery banks:
no way! ur joking.

isabella rose:
im not!! i swear. also grace shush 🙄🙄

olivia jackson:
shes not lying, i cant wait!!

Isabella turned off her phone and looked at the window slowly realizing that they were going into a unfamiliar neighborhood. "Mom where are we going?" Isabella asked.  "We have to pick up your brother from his friend nelsons house, he's a sweet boy you should meet him some time!" her mom stated with a confused tone as if she already knew.  Isabella looked at her mom with a confused glare, "Mom, nelson as in nelson nuemann?!" She asked her mom immediately.
"Yes Isabella, Nelson nuemann." Her mom stated once again getting quite annoyed.

"Oh my god." Isabella muttered underneath her breath before turning into his driveway. Her cheeks became a slight shade of pink and she started fidgeting with her hands.

All of a sudden the front door opened and her brother came out before revealing Nelson. He dapped him up and said bye before getting into the car.

Isabella immediately turned around and almost shouted at jake "SINCE WHEN HAVE YOU BEEN FRIENDS WITH NELSON NUEMANN?" she exclaimed extremely confused and overwhelmed.

"for like two years now, it's not really that big of a deal Isabella chill out." Jake said.  "Not that big of a deal?, your friends with a fucking celebrity, what do you mean not that big of a deal?!" Isabella quietly shouted still so confused about this whole situation.  "We met at a basketball court in the park, now can you shut up I'm tryna listen my music." Jake said clearly getting annoyed with Isabella. 

Isabella looked at the window with a confused expression and muttered "two years and I never knew, how?" she said still confused. the whole ride to her practice all she could think about was her brother being friends with Nelson and her never knowing.
