As we pulled into the parking lot of the gym my practice was in, I was still filled with thoughts of nelson nuemann and my dork brother. I mean honestly why would nelson, a famous basketball star want to be friends with my lame brother who's barely even good at basketball? Well actually he is quite good... Isabella escaped her thoughts and focused on something more important. the practice. this was her final practice before her big game.

As she walked into the gym she saw her teammates, some tying their laces and some starting to warmup. She walked over to Grace who was putting her bag down on the bench and hugged her from behind and slightly shaked her.

Grace and Isabella had been friends for awhile but they became closer once her and her brother started dating because she was always around. Which she didn't mind because she was like her bestfriend.

"You would not believe what I just found out!" Isabella almost shouted into graces ear because she was so filled with excitement and a little confusion. "What Izzy, tell me!!" Grace replied with the same energy. "My brother is friends with fucking nelson nuemann, like the actual nelson. they met at some basketball court or something in the park but apparently they've been friends for like 2 years!" Grace replied while tying her shoes. "No way! How did you never find out if they've been friends for that lon-

my coach blew the whistle and spilt us up into teams, I started walking to my side of the court but mumbled to grace "i don't even know how I didn't know" before getting in position. Our team got the tip and my teammate passed the ball to me which luckily nobody was on me so I went and shot a three and..

the shot went in and I ran to the other side of the court to get back on defense. After awhile of conditioning and games practice was over and I grabbed my bag and headed out to my moms car to be suprised with a popular face.
