Hanzo POV

I played with the new guy for a few more hours, his name was Kai.

He had a boyfriend, his boyfriend's name was Sparrow. Around about the third game we played he asked me, "それで、あなたは誰かに片思いをしていますか？" {So, do you have anybody you're interested in?}

I huffed a little before replying, "さて、この男が一人います。しかし、それを片思いと考えるかどうかはわかりません。" {Well, there is this one guy. But I wouldn't call it a crush.}

"ああ！彼に会わせてください" {Ouh! Please let me meet him.} He exclaimed. I giggled a little, "私はそれについて考えるだろう。" {I will think about it.}

"大丈夫、大丈夫。" {Okay, okay.} He said, also chuckling. Like I said, I don't know if I would consider my interest in Cassidy a "Crush."

As I was speaking to him, I told him a few minor lies. Just to sound cool though.

Like, I told him I had a lot of other friends because I didn't want to seem like some loner.

But in reality my only other friends were Cassidy and Olivia. After playing a for a few more minutes, we decided to get off the game and just call on Instagram.

I added him and he almost immediately followed me back. Before I answered the call, I checked his page.

There was a bunch of photos of him and his boyfriend, they were pretty cute together.

Finally, I answered the call and greeted him. At the same time, I recieved another notification.

I checked and saw it was Cassidy, "Hi." My face lit up and I replied, "Hey."

"What are you up to." I thought for a moment before deciding this would be the perfect time for them to meet, if Cassidy wanted to of course.

"Nothing, just calling wih my new friend." I told him. He took a while to reply, I saw he was typing for at least 20 seconds.

But even after all that typing he just responded with, "Oh, cool."

I thought he was probably just tired, I knew it was like super late for him. "Yeah, do you want to meet him? I met him on Overwatch. I'm pretty sure his English isn't very good though." I asked him hopefully.

He replied a few seconds after, "Sure." As soon as he messaged me that I added him to the call and waited.

When he joined I greeted him cheerfully and heard my friend ask, "おい、ハンゾー、これは誰だ？"  I told him it was THE guy and he continuously teased me until he finally said, "Hello Cassidy, I'm Kai."

I sighed as they greeted eachother. I was super bored until I heard Kai ask, "So, are you guys like.. together or something?" My face went bright red, even though nobody could see me I was very embarrassed.

I quickly said, "No! We're just friends.." Suddenly Kai's voice went plain, "Oh, is Cassidy not gay? You said you had a lot of other LGBTQ+ friends."

Damn, he could've asked that in Japanese instead of embarrassing me like this.

"Ah-! Uhm, no. I don't think he is anyway?" I questioned. I was 100 percent sure he wasn't. If he was he would tell me right? Just how I had told him.

"No, I am. I'm bisexual." He said calmly. My eyes widened a little. He was willing to tell the guy he just met that he was gay but not me?

It hurt a little but I just responded with, "I guess he is. He just never told me." The call was super awkward, that was until I heard Cassidy speak, "Hey guys, I think it's time I went to sleep now."

I stayed silent as Kai said goodbye. It was now about 4pm so I decided to also get off of the call to go and eat.

I said bye to Kai and turned off my phone completely. I wonder why Cassidy didn't seem to have a problem telling Kai he was gay but not me?

I just sighed heavily and went downstairs to my kitchen. I was hungry but didn't really feel like eating.

Maybe I was just acting dramatic, he doesn't HAVE to tell me. I guess.

My dad walked into the kitchen about 30 seconds after me, "どうしたの、ハンゾー？" He said, seeing the clear look of disappointment on my face.

I jumped a little, not expecting him to come in. "ああ、何でもない。本当にお腹が空いていただけでした！" I replied, trying to play it off.

"何か料理を作ってあげましょうか？" He asked. I smiled at him and nodded.

Before he could ask me what I wanted I sprinted back up to my room, he'd just have to guess.

I landed on my bed and huffed a bit. I turned on my TV and went onto the netflix, selecting the show I had recently began to watch, "Alice In Borderland."

I laid back a little and pressed play, enjoying the show and waiting for my food, forgetting all about my little grudge against Cassidy.
