It's been two days since the accident and Dr. Michael has been really helpful.
He gave me a prescription for the pain and he even gave me a gift card to his wife's salon.
It's called Nevaeh, coincidence? I laughed when he told me the name.
It's been boring here but Chase and Dr. Michael visited me everyday and both brought me flowers and candy.
Dr. Michael even brought me some comfy clothes!
He's the best. I'm finally getting discharged at two!
I'm ready go, and I'm done with this damn room.
I've been here for two days with only a Chase and Dr. Michael to entertain me.
"Hello sugar, I'm here to escort you out." A female nurse said.
She was in her late thirties to early forties.
She had her curly red hair up and her blue eyes were bright and happy.
I looked at her clothes, she was wearing batman scrubs.
I giggled.
"Umm, thanks miss. Wait have you seen my friend? His names Chase, he's suppose to pick me up." I asked.
"Ain't you a polite one?" She laughed
"Oh yes Darlin, he's out side by your guys car. Sweet boyfriend if I must say." She winked at me.
"Umm, he's not my boyfriend. I.. I'm a lesbian." I said shyly waiting for the nasty remarks and the judge mental look I get from most people.
"Oh sweet pea, my daughters gay so don't worry bout me judging you." She smiled as she wheeled me out to Chase's car.
"Well here you go! Have a nice day and be careful now ya hear?" She teased playfully before turning around to head inside.
"Thank you....?"
"The names Charlotte sugar, and don't mention it." She smiled wheeling the wheel chair back inside.
I turned to Chase and gave him a small smile.
He smiled back and helped me into his car.
My back was still hurting like a bitch but I wouldn't admit that.
I'd just take some Vicodin later when I got back to the dorms.
"So asshat, wanna to watch movies in my dorm for the day?"
"Oh, umm I forgot to tell you Harm, you aren't going to be staying in the dorms until your back is better. The school gave you leave until your back is fully healed." He said rubbing the back of his neck nervously while looking at the road.
To say I was not happy was an understatement.
I was pissed.
"And you decided to tell me this now! What the fuck! What about my clothes and my classes?" I spat out.
"Harm I only found out today. Chill." He lowered his head in embarrassment as much as possible while still driving.
I let out a sigh and entwined our fingers together.
He relaxed, he always did when I held his hand.
I always hated it when we fought.
"It's okay, but where the hell am I suppose to stay? And how long do I get to be away from school?"
"The school is paying for you to stay at the Archer Inn for about three weeks."
I raised my eyebrow at their choice of my new accommodations, it was a nice place.
