~on set~

I am just finishing with the last scenes for my movie and can't wait to see my girlfriend, Scarlett, again.

We are together for almost 2 years and I wanted to surprise her with a proposal after I get home.

I already bought a ring and I am just waiting for the right time.

I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't even know it's time to fly home.

As I was sitting in the plane, I thought about Scarlett and how our future could look like. I really want a child or maybe two. A boy and a girl. I just hope Scarlett also wants a children.

With these thoughts I slowly fell asleep.

~after the flight~

I walked out of the airport and called a Taxi.

After I waited a few minutes, a Taxi held in front of me. I put my suitcase in the trunk and got in.

I told the driver my address and looked out of the window while he drove me.
As we get there, I gave him his money and got my suitcase from the trunk.

As I walked to the house I saw a car I didn't know in the driveway. I didn't think much about it because it could be one of Scarlett's friends.

I got to the front door and opened it. I heard strange noises. I was curios and follower the noises.

I stopped in front of mine and Scarlett's bedroom door. I slowly opened the door and what I saw, broke my heart.

Scarlett in bed with a man.

I couldn't believe my own eyes. My vision got blurry because of my tears and I struggled to breathe. I slowly stepped back until I hit the wall. I fell onto the floor.

Scarlett must have heard the sound as she quickly tried to cover herself. She slowly stood up and walked in my direction.

I shook my head and tried to breathe.

"Y-Y/n, I-"

"Safe your words, Scarlett. I-I don't want to hear anything you have to say."

"Y/n, please! It was a mistake. It just happened. It didn't mean anything to me."

"FUCK! Why? I wanted to marry you, have kids with you and YOU FUCKING CHEAT?!"

"Please! Forgive me, Y/n! I am so sorry."

"Don't. It's over. I am going to pack a few clothes and I am sleeping in Elizabeth's house this night."

"N-no. Y/n, please don't leave me! I need you!" she begs while crying.

"You didn't need me when you fucked a man in OUR bed! Just let me. I don't want to hear a single word from you."

"Y/n-" she begins to say.

"I said DON'T!" I scream while crying.

You pack a few clothes for the night and walk downstairs.

Scarlett grabs your arm to stop you. "P-please d-don't leave me!"

"It's your own fault. Think about what you did. Just know I won't forgive you or get back together with you."

"I-I am sorry. I truly am."

"Stop. You are just sorry because you got caught. I am leaving now."

You walk away before she can say anything else. You got in your car and drove to Elizabeth.

When you are there you ring the doorbell.
As she opens the door I immediately begin to cry.

POV Elizabeth

I was just watching my favorite show when my doorbell rang. I got up and walked to the door. As I opened it my best friend stands there.

As I wanted to ask what's wrong she began to cry. She fell to the floor but I caught her in my arms.

"Darling, it's okay. Shhh shhh. Everything's going to be okay."

After 5 minutes her cries got quieter and her head fell onto my shoulder. I carefully picked her up and carried her to my room and laid her on my bed.

I didn't know if she was comfortable with me changing her clothes so I woke her up.

"Sweetheart, wake up."

She slowly opened her eyes.

"Can you change your clothes for me?"

"Mhm," she answered tired.

"Let me get you some clothes, love."

She nodded and I got up to get her some clothes. I got her a black shirt and some shorts.

I walked back to her and gave her the clothes.

"Thank you," she muttered.

I gave her a little smile. "I'll wait downstairs and I am making food. Just come down if you are ready, love."

She got up and walked to me. She said thank you while hugging me.

"No problem. Now go change."

"Yes, ma'am." I chuckled slightly.

As I was making food I heard some footsteps behind me. I turned around and saw Y/n walking in and sit down at the table.

"Are you feeling better?"

"Yes, thanks to you." She smiled at me.

"Can you tell me what happened?" I carefully asked.

"Uhm. You know I was filming a movie and I wanted to surprise Scarlett. When I got home I saw a car in the drive way. I didn't think anything of it..." she took a deep breath while tears began to fall.
"I walked in and heard some noises. They were coming from upstairs. I walked up the stairs and to our bedroom. I opened the door a-and saw Scarlett i-in bed w-with C-Colin."

I just hold her while she is crying. How could Scarlett cheat on her? They were perfect for each other. I can't believe her.

"Shhh. It's okay. Everything will be okay." I just comforted her.

After a few minutes she stopped crying.

"You can stay with me as long as you want, darling."

"Thank you, Lizzie. You're the best person ever. Thank you so much."

"No need to thank me. I'll always be here for you." She just hugged me.

"Now let's go and finish our food." I said.

"Let's go, Lizzie." she smiled.

~Time skip 2 years later~

POV YN

It's been two years since Scarlett cheated on me. For the first months I lived with Lizzie and last year I finally bought a new apartment near Lizzie.

3 months ago I also met a girl. Florence Pugh. We are making a movie together and just clicked instantly. It's going really well between us and I can't wait for more. Lizzie is really happy for us and she threatened Flo. She would hurt her if she breaks my heart.

I didn't know how to write the end and now it sounds boring but yeah....

I have no idea what to write rn. And it's been so long since I wrote something.

I feel like it's so rushed.

And I really like Colin. It's just for the story!!
