2 months later
So what happened during these two months? After Hope and Josie's argument, both girls avoided each other for 2 weeks, then they realized that neither of them could live without the other, so they reconciled and became best friends again. Just best friends, no sex, no kissing, no flirting. Hope and Landon broke up and got back together, and Josie started hooking up with a 12th grade boy with no feeling but it ended up soon, because Josie is still into Hope. And least Caroline and Hayley are acting weird, and Josie noticed it.
Josie is late again for practice. The others - except Hope - hate her more and more.
"Well well well who decided to join us today." Alyssya Cheng - the Head Cheer - walks slowly towards her with crossed arms. "Josette Saltzman, all be damn. You know-"
"No, no. We're not gonna do this right now." the coach stood between them. Alyssya just rolled her eyes and walked away. "Why did you late again?"
"I was watching Netflix in the library." Josie cofessed. Well she really did. "Why can't I just be the Head Cheer mom?"
"They would hate you." she blew her whistle loudly. "Warm up and stretch!" she yelled. "Oh Josie, library is for reading."Josie just show a thumbs up and made her way to Hope.
"Hey, hey heeey." Josie greets Hope singing. "What's up? You look like shit."she says as she went down in front split.
"Thanks." Hope gives her a look. "I couldn't sleep last night." she sat down on the floor. Josie didn't say anything. "'Cause of Landon."
"Why? What's wrong with your prince?" she leans on her leg. "Troubles in paradise?" she doesn't look up.
"Troubles with me." and that made Josie look up. "I don't want to date with him anymore."
"But why? I thought you guys are in love." Josie changes legs.
"I'm not in love with him." Hope does the side split. "And you said you won't have sex with me while I'm dating with someone."
"Hope I don't like where this is going and-"
"He can't even find my clitoris Josie." Hope said accidently a little loudly. "I'm sexually frustated, - don't shake your head - and I miss you like that."
"Okay, up!" Coach yelled before Josie could say anything.
"Stay in the locker room after practice." Hope stood up and walk away.
Well Josie didn't stay in the locker room.

Over the weekend Hayley and Hope were at Caroline's house. The younger girls were in Josie's room and pretended that the conversation at practice never happened. Hope scribbled in Josie's notebook while sitting on the bed while Josie sat beside her playing her ukulele.They heard their mom laughing downstairs, which made Hope happy. She never saw her mothing this happy since her divorce, and she's happy because of her friend Caroline.
"Hope I have a question for you." she stopped playing.
"What's up?" she put the notebook and pencil down. "If it's about Landon, please don't."
"No, not about Landon." she shook her head. "But our moms."
"What about them?"
"You don't think... they're acting a little strange?" Josie's knees were in front of her chest.
