Skibidi ToiletMen Medication(Skibidi Toiletmen Medication or The Medication is a drug created by Scientist Skibidi Toiletmen and Scientist Skibidi Toilet which increases certain hormones production such as growth and adrenaline. The Medication only works on certain species, it cannot be used on Cameramen, Speakermen, TV Men or any other mechanical humanoid. Because of the fact that Toiletmen are organic, the Medication can be used on them. It was used mainly for giantism purpose.)
Effects:
As stated above, The Medication increases the production in growth hormones and adrenaline effectively, this even works in adult whose body stops producing growth hormones. On some occasions the body may produce growth hormones more than it needs or its limit, causing a malformation in the body. On a very rare near impossible occasions, the growth hormones may cause a greater malformation to the point that the body became extremely large, though it would requires a life support in order to stabilizes and balances the individual's health.
Medical Issue:
The Medication in the first stage/injection will cause a various negative effect on health, such ailments includes Heart Diseases, High Blood Pressure, occassional Muscle Weakness, Strokes and Insomnia. Many couldn't get through such symptoms and therefore died, those who survived will have these ailments go away on its own after a couple of days or rarely a few hours. Because of these medical issues, The Medication has to be used very cautiously.
Mega Giant and Titan:
Creating Mega Giant and Titan with the Medication is not impossible but it's very rare and near impossible to happen. It would require Medication modification and effect enhancement in order to happen commonly, though, normal Medication could create Mega Giant and Titan if used on certain individual which is rare to happen.
There has been some attempts at creating Mega Giant and Titan which is through Medication overdosing, though many subjects died from extremely severe symptoms. One example being Mega Giant Toiletwoman who manage to survived the severe symptoms.
Mega Giant ToiletWoman(Mega Giant Toiletwoman is one out of seven Skibidi Toiletmen to survive The Medication overdose experiment, resulting in an abnormally giant body build. On the other hand, The Medication overdose experiment would leave the Mega Giant Toiletwoman a lasting effects on her healthy extremely bad to the point that she'd required to have a life support battery connected directly into her heart in order to stabilizes her health condition. While upgrading her to give her more armor and weapon is not entirely impossible, Skibidi Toilets chose not to in order to test her capability and performance in the combat until she gets injured.
She lost her toilet on her right shoulder while she was fighting Titan TV Man in the countryside, she manage to escape Titan TV Man's attack because of a Giant Skibidi Toilet that sneaked up on the Titan TV Man's back and the other Skibidi Toilets that distract the Titan TV Man. Because of the fight with the Titan TV Man, she has to retreat and recover from the injuries and possibly getting an upgrade.
Appearance:
Mega Giant Toiletwoman donned a bloodied orange industrial jumpsuit (Mostly likely the same jumpsuit Engineer Toiletmen wear), she has a life support battery attached on her back with a strong armor reinforcing it, she also has a shield on her chest to protect her vital part. She has five toilets, one on her head, two on her shoulder and another two on each arms.
Combat/Abilities:
Despite Mega Giant Toiletwoman's advantage in size, she still has to be extremely cautious while engaging in combat, mostly because of her unstable health condition and her being an organic being. She mostly rely on strategy in combat to defeat her opponent via tricks and tactics, she usually utilizes her surroundings as her weapons like grabbing a piece of rubble nearby and use it as a weapon to fight her opponent, she still perform various hand-to-hand combat such as punching, slamming, stomping and kicking. Other than those, she doesn't perform much.
In comparison to other Titans, she is extremely weak against other Titans, most likely because of her being an organic being, unlike the other Titans who are mechanical, she is extremely likely to lose even against one Titan.

Mega Giant Toiletwoman is about the height of 10 to 12 story building.
Supreme Giant ToiletWoman(Supreme Giant Toiletwoman, also known as Upgraded Mega Giant Toiletwoman or Mega Giant Toiletwoman 2.0. Is Mega Giant Toiletwoman after her recovery at the Skibidi Toilet Laboratory, during her time recovering, she went through the engineering process of being upgraded and re-engineered with new armament, protection and life support battery. Her size still remains the same as her previous form.)
Appearance:
Supreme Giant Toiletwoman still donned the same bloodied orange industrial jumpsuit as her previous form, her life support battery was changed to a smaller one and was installed with forcefield module to prevent any major damage, she also has five shields around her body to protect her, one on her chest to protect her viral part, now with the forcefield module installed on the shield, two on her arms and two, one with range gun installed and another two on her knees. She has four toilets which are now colored gray, one on her head, one on her shoulder and two on each arms. An energy blast mortar was installed in place of her broken toilet which was on her right shoulder.
Combat/Abilities
With the new engineering done to Supreme Giant Toiletwoman, it gave Supreme Giant Toiletwoman a big advantage in fight, though she still has to be cautious while engaging in combat. She tends to avoid going in hand-to-hand combat if not necessary, most of the time, she utilizes her range gun or an energy blast mortar as her primary weapons from long range. Moreover, her re-engineered protections also offers her a greater protections, she could utilizes her front plate protection in activating the forcefield that only cover her front only. Since her life support battery is now scaled to be smaller, it also came with a forcefield module installment that only protects her life support battery only.
