I woke up and saw Killer next to me. Remembering what happened last night, I smiled. He'd asked me to go on a date with him and wouldn't take 'no' for an answer.
After changing into the same outfit for the millionth time and brushing my teeth, I waited for Killer to wake up. He woke up and it looked like he was intent on immediately- and he's gone. Wait, nope, brushing his teeth.
When he finished showering (who the fuck showers in the morning?) and changing, he grabbed my hand and ran all the way to where he had set up the date. When the fuck did he have time to set it up!?
"Killer, when the fuck did you set this up?" I asked.
"Last night. But don't worry, I have the food right here!" Killer said and pulled a whole meal out of his pocket.
"WHAT KIND OF CARTOON LOGIC-," I started to say.
"Shhhhhhhhh!" Killer said, pressing his finger up to my mouth and cutting me off.
But I didn't argue. Eating was a bit odd since we ate in silence, but the food was good and it was still nice to have Killer around me. When we finished, Killer wrapped his arms around me like one of us was about to die.
"YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW LONG IT TOOK ME TO FIND THIS PLACE! AGES! LITERALLY AGES! BUT IT'S PERFECT!" Killer shouted, nearly bursting my nonexistent eardrums.
He pointed to a nearby waterfall. "Wanna go for a swim?"
I shook my head. "Nah, I'm good."
Killer let out a huff, and I knew that once again, he would not take no for an answer. "Fiiiiiiiine," I said, and before I knew it, Killer was shoving me into the water and laughing. The water was surprisingly warm, and I didn't mind it all that much.
"Hehehe! YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN YOUR FACE!" Killer said, laughing more.
"Yeah, can you stop laughing for three seconds?" I teased, though my tone was more of a scolding one.
"Yeah, whatever," Killer mumbled. He swam over to the shallow water, next to me, and kissed my cheek gently. "Love ya."
"Love you, too, Kills."
