Chapter 7: Happiness and hardships

Sky woke up by a ticklish feeling on his neck. It took him some time to get back to reality from the dreamworld and realise last night really happened and wasn't just a dream. The ticklish feeling was Prapai's breath on his neck. He was still sleeping hugging Sky from behind, arms around Sky's waist like he were scared even in his sleep that Sky will leave him. Sky felt Pai's head by his nape. He doesn't want to wake the other up so he slowly lift the other's hand and tried to move away slowly. His plan was to make coffee and breakfast and bring it to the bed. Well, it was the plan but he failed. Pai hugged him tighter from behind and mumble something into his hair what Sky couldn't catch.

"What? I didn't hear it P'Pai." He chuckled because the older man was so cute when he is on the edge in between dream and wakefulness.

"I said I won't let you escape from me this time." He said louder and give light kiss on his neck. Sky shivered by the feeling, not in a wrong way. He liked wake up next to Pai and wished he could do it every time for the rest of his life.

"I'm not escaping. I was planning to make breakfast and coffee so let me go." He hit the arm around his waist lightly to sign that he wanted to be released.

"I do not need that." He took a big sniff of Sky's scent. "Ummm so refreshing. That's all I need." He can feel on his skin that the other is smiling behind him.

"You maybe don't need it, but I am hungry. Will you let me die cause of hunger P'Pai?" And this time his stomach wasn't betray him, the rumble come just in time to let the other know Sky tells the truth.

"Aww you are hungry. Then let's get ready and grab something." He told it to Sky's stomach and give that named bodypart a kiss too. Sky was so amused how childish and cute Pai can be. He couldn't hide his smile. He never felt happier in his whole life.

The next weeks it become a routine that Pai drove Sky to university and picked him up if his own schedule let him. If not he made sure to order Sky food and visit him after he finished his job. More and more clothes made their ways into Sky's closet and even he whined to the other that his own clothes have no enough place left he was happy every time he opened the closet door and saw the expensive clothes next to his cheaper and casual ones. Sky was sure that his friends already figured out they are dating but he was still doesn't want to talk about it with Rain. He wanted to tell him soon though but now, all he wanted to enjoy his time with Pai as much as university and work let them. He doesn't need double dates now thank you. They will do that later.

They are sitting by the coffee table in his dorm cutting and glueing another model house Sky designed as a school project. It become such a normal weeknight for them.

"Ouch" Pai let out a painful noise and Sky saw his blood dripping off his finger. His heart skipped a beat. He grabbed the other's palm and pulled his hand closer to check out how serious it is.

"I told you to be careful I just changed the blade in it. It's very sharp see you cut yourself very deep." He hold a napkin to the injury to stop the bleeding. Pai watched him with a big smile on his face. He doesn't feel any pain but he loved the way Sky worried about him. That means he really love him. They say love makes you crazy. He indeed was crazy. Like have you ever saw anyone who cut himself or got any kind of injury and smiled like the happiest person alive? No? Me neither... Until today.

"Why are you smiling? Are you mad? Hold this napkin here I bring some antiseptic and bandages." He ordered him to hold onto the wound and run for the first aid kit.

"I'm mad...ly in love with you!" Pai shout after him and was very amused how worried Sky was about a tiny little cut on his finger. Sky seems annoyed by his amusement but still applied antiseptic and put a bandage on the wound.
