It's been 12 in the midnight. All the guests had left and still there is no information about Arnav. Khushi kept sitting at the alter and waiting for Arnav. She kept mumbling "Mere Arnavji zaroor aaenge. Hume bharosa hai." Khushi was not at all fine. Payal immediately came to her and tried to make her aware of the surroundings. Buaji and Garima were now crying seeing the apple of their eye in such a shocked state. They tried their best but Khushi just kept repeating the same words that her belief on Arnav is stronger than any other truth.
Everyone was worried for Arnav and Khushi. Khushi didn't seem to be in the right state of mind and on the other hand there was no clue about Arnav. Gupta's and Payal were consoling Khushi and Raizada's kept on dialling Arnav.
On the other side Arnav was driving like maniacs. He deliberately ignored all the calls from his family. He could see his phone ringing every minute which made him more frustrated. He was trying to figure out as to what to do now. He loves Khushi and there is no doubt about it but whether after hearing the truth about her mother, will he be able to love her in the same manner as he used to? He knows he cannot live without her but at the same time after disclosure of this truth, he cannot live with her as well. Her face will remind me of the deeds of her mother. He didn't want to hurt her again because of the demons inside him. Demons of hate for the lady who took away his mother's life. Thinking all these things, he reached his mother's garden and sat there. He couldn't assess the situation well. He didn't want to ditch his love who is waiting for him at the alter but at the same time he didn't had enough courage to face the woman who took away his mother's life. He screamed at the highest of his pitch and cried like maniacs.
It has been hours. Everyone believed in Khushi and Arnav's love but slowly they were losing the hopes. It was already 5 in the morning. Even the pandit had left by now. Everyone lost the little hope they had about Arnav coming back. Anjali and Nani slowly came towards Khushi to make her understand that Arnav will not come. Khushi was not in a state of mind to understand. No-one could see her like that. Anjali asked nani to convince Khushi to get up and go back to her house and take rest. They will sort this issue later in the day as it's been hours. Nani and buaji tried every possible way to bring her back to the senses but Khushi wasn't reacting. Seeing this Garima rushed towards khushi and slapped her hard. The echo of the slap brought khushi back to reality. She cried hard and hugged Garima. Nani and buaji bursted into tears seeing this vulnerable side of Khushi.
After sometime Garima felt weight on her shoulders and realised that Khushi had passed out. She started tapping her face but their was no movement. Everyone panicked. Aakash called the doctor to Gupta House and rushed Khushi to the Gupta house and everyone followed. Doctor reached and started examining the unconscious Khushi. She gave a few injections and told that her blood pressure has shot up due to stress and she has injected required medicines and advised her to take rest.
Meanwhile Aakash convinced the Raizada ladies and asked Shyam to take them to Shantivan whereas he and Payal stayed back to help Gupta's.
On the other hand Arnav, who slept in the garden, woke up with a jerk. His heart was beating fast. He was feeling anxious and could only mumble "Khushi". As soon as the word Khushi left his mouth, last night flashes came to his mind and he realised that he had left Khushi alone, without any explanation. He hated himself for doing this with Khushi. And immediately came the flashes of Dadi telling him the truth about Garima. He gave it a last thought and came to the conclusion that he will not make Khushi suffer any longer. His mom is his sensitive spot and every-time he'll see Khushi, he will remember Garima's deeds and he would never ask Khushi to chose between her mother and her love. He cannot put Khushi through this pain everyday. So he made a strong decision to not go back to Khushi. It is better to hurt her once than hurting her everyday. With this adamant decision, he headed towards his car and called Aman and told him to book his tickets for Mumbai as now he wants to focus on expanding his business in Mumbai.
