Why wake up at 6 am when you can go to bed at 7 am? Getting through a mental health and/or gender crisis can be a little time-consuming. So when everyone else is asleep Jun is wide awake and helping his partner Sam shave their hair and put some form of hair dye in it. Not everyone's normal Friday night but in this household staying up all night and attempting stupid shit isn't that uncommon. Getting Sam and Flo to actually sleep for at least a few hours at a time is almost impossible. Instead, you just throw in a few naps throughout the day and hope for the best. Speaking of naps, they too can be a bid-off. It's not every day that you come home to an absolute mess on the floor and your partner sleeping in between all that while cuddling with a 5m long Python. Apparently, giant reptiles make great companions for people who aren't always "Normal". But nothing in this house is really normal or ordinary at all. Ordinary people have maybe 2-3 pets throughout their lives. Jun has had over 130 different animals in his care since he was small. Always bringing home some kind of bug, reptile, or even some small birds he caught! Growing up with no rules the only thing stopping Jun from opening his very own zoo was the space. Had he had the space for it he would have transformed his parents' place into his very own Jurassic Park. But with snakes and very much alive animals instead of Dinosaurs.
Now that he has his own place he bought almost every reptile he could get his hands on. Breeding snakes and other smaller animals to always have enough food for all his pets. If he isn't spending time with one of his snakes or other reptiles he's doing what he can to make both of his partners happy and making sure to keep them fed and hydrated. If it wasn't for Jun caring so much about them and their wellbeing they would forget how to survive. Since Flo is always eating chocolate instead of actual meals and Sam needs to be forced to drink something else them Energies. One could say they are like difficult pets but if you really love someone you do what you can to help them even with the smallest things. That doesn't mean that there aren't times where taking care of two partners and so many pets becomes difficult but this is the life Jun chose for himself and is trying to make some sense of.
