Episode 4

                                                                             **"Echoes of Hope"**

*INT. MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM - MORNING (DAY 25)*

Sunlight filters through the windows of the multi-purpose room as Alex awakens, his determination undiminished by his recent challenges. He stretches and gets ready for another day of exploration.

**ALEX:** (resolute) Time to continue uncovering the mysteries of this world.

He checks his equipment, making sure he's fully prepared for his upcoming adventure.

*EXT. OCEAN - DAY 25*

With his newly fabricated submarine, the "Crab Claw," Alex sets out into the expansive ocean. The submarine's sleek design and advanced weaponry give him a sense of confidence as he embarks on his journey.

**ALEX:** (voiceover) This new sub will give me an edge against the dangers that await.

As he navigates the waters, he spots debris from the Aurora and dives to collect useful resources, stumbling upon a blueprint for a powerful new weapon.

**ALEX:** (excited) This could be a game-changer.

He scans the blueprint and starts crafting the components needed for the weapon.

*EXT. REAPER LEVIATHAN NEST - NIGHT (DAY 28)*

A time skip of a week occurs, showing Alex meticulously observing the sleeping patterns of the Reaper Leviathans. He has a map with marked sleep times.

**ALEX:** (whispering) Patience and precision will get me through this.

*EXT. REAPER LEVIATHAN NEST - NIGHT (DAY 35)*

The scene transitions to Alex stealthily swimming into the nest, using the knowledge he gained to avoid disturbing the sleeping Leviathans. His heart pounds as he searches for the final piece of the submarine.

**ALEX:** (mind racing) Just a bit closer, and I'll have what I need.

He spots the piece near the nest's edge and cautiously approaches it.

*EXT. REAPER LEVIATHAN NEST - NIGHT (DAY 35) - CONTINUOUS*

Just as Alex is about to reach the piece, he almost steps on the tail of a sleeping Leviathan. He freezes, his breath caught in his throat.

**ALEX:** (whispering) Stay calm. Don't wake them.

He carefully edges around the Leviathan and manages to scan the last piece of the submarine. Suddenly, the cracking of eggs fills the air, and panic sets in.

*EXT. REAPER LEVIATHAN NEST - NIGHT (DAY 35) - CONTINUOUS*

The scene intensifies as baby Leviathans begin to wail and screech, rousing the adult Leviathans from their slumber.

**ALEX:** (urgent) This is not good.

He starts swimming towards the entrance, his heart racing as the adult Leviathans awaken and notice his presence.

*EXT. REAPER LEVIATHAN NEST - NIGHT (DAY 35) - CONTINUOUS*

As Alex desperately swims towards the entrance, the adult Leviathans give chase, their massive forms closing in on him.

**ALEX:** (breathing heavily) I need an escape plan.

Remembering the marking he placed earlier, Alex activates a detonation, causing an explosion that seals the tunnel and eliminates one of the pursuing Leviathans.
