▪️ Firstly, please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. I hope you find strength during this challenging time and emerge even stronger.

However, I must address the situation regarding your blacklisting, which traces back to July 12th, 48 hours after herr submission deadline had passed. On that date, I reached out to inquire about the results, and you informed me that you were unaware that the judging had commenced, requesting a two-day extension. Despite verifying with you that this extension would suffice, I granted an extension until July 17th, which is 5 days. Unfortunately, the deadline passed again with no results, even though you were active on the app till 18th.

I allowed another 48 hours before following up, but received no response. Your account remained inactive until July 24th, at which point you resumed replying to messages, except for mine. Despite continued activity on the app, my messages were consistently ignored. My final attempt to reach you was on July 29th, which was the same day that she made an announcement about the unfortunate event in her life that led to her withdrawal.

While I understand that the tragedy might have occurred on July 28th, it is important to note that you were already eleven days overdue, and the decision to blacklist was made in light of your lack of communication and adherence to the agreed deadlines.

PS: Today, on August 19th, I found out that all of our texts and my unanswered messages have been deleted from the judge's MB, which is not only unprofessional but also offensive.

▪️ Blacklisting this account took a lot of courage—something I struggled to gather, which is why the decision, one I should’ve made months ago, kept being delayed. The main reason for holding back was the constant, unsettling announcements on their MB that made things harder.

I have more reasons than I can count for taking this step, and I even had a detailed explanation ready, listing every instance that led here. I’m grateful to my supportive friends, who helped me finally go through with it.

Here’s an outline of the reasons:

1. Repeated delays and ghosting the host when results were due.

2. Being available to chat but ignoring messages from the host.

3. Consistently unprofessional behavior, such as not following given guidelines and deleting the host’s messages from their message board. While clearing one’s board is fair, doing so when work is incomplete and updates are lacking is highly unprofessional.

There’s a lot more I could say, but I’ll leave it here for now. I’m open to sharing the full story if prk_hoonieee requests it and is fully recovered, mentally.
