His entire appearance changed; His chestnut-colored hair was unstyled and very messy. His skin turned pale, and his suit had changed into a darker and greyer shade of red. Kai's face was covered in scars, MORRO'S scars. Overall, he was a little transparent, with a tint of lime.
Kai's encounter with being possessed by Morrow in the world of Ninjago was an intense and unnerving experience that pushed his limits as a ninja. His thoughts and actions were no longer his own, as he found himself caught in a struggle for control over his own body. The clash between Kai's fiery determination and Morrow's evil intentions created a turbulent internal battle that threatened to consume him.
"P-please.." Kai grunted, he was in control of his own body for less than a second.
The boy was on his knees, panting like a dog. A few moments later, the control shifted over to Morro. Kai stood up, with murderous intent and presence. He looked around and adjusted to his temporary body.
"Hm.." Kai mumbled.
He went off, looking for the rest of the group.
About 45 minutes have passed; Cole, Jay, and Zane all found each other, and now they were searching for Kai.
"Kai! Please respond or give us some sort of sign if you can hear us!" Zane yelled in this robotic voice.
"Oh, man.. I knew this was a bad idea!" Jay exclaimed.
Cole only sighed and mumbled.Amidst the labyrinthine twists of the lost cave, Jay, Cole, and Zane pressed forward, their determination unwavering. They believe their friend Kai had ventured into the cave to uncover a hidden relic, but communication had abruptly ceased, leaving the trio with an urgent sense of concern. Each corner turned, and every echoing call of Kai's name only deepened their worry and resolve. The cave seemed endless, but they were determined to find Kai.
"Gah! I'm so tired... Can we take a break?" Jay complained.
Cole questioned, "Are you not concerned about Kai?"
The brunette immediately stood up, "I am concerned!"
Everybody's thoughts were cut off by a gust of wind. The trio felt an inexplicable chill as the strange gust of wind whispered through the rocky passages, carrying with it an unsettling sense of foreboding.
"AH! I GOT SOMETHING IN MY EYE!!" Jay jumped up and down, like a small child.
"Relax, jeez... It's just some dirt." Cole said.
"EASY FOR YOU TO SAY, YOU'RE THE MASTER OF DIRT!" Jay yelled back.
Cole replied, "Uh, Master of EARTH, actually!"
Everyone immediately stopped complaining and turned their heads when they spotted a figure."Kai..?" Zane questioned.
The figure was INDEED Kai."Kai! Where have you been?" Cole asked with a concerned tone.
The boy didn't say anything. Instead, he charged toward Zane and formed a fist.
"Kai!" Both Cole and Jay yelled.
Moments later, Zane was on the ground, dent marks all over. Kai's knuckles were dripping with blood. He looked at Jay next.
Jay immediately took action and electrocuted Kai, stunning him for a few seconds. That was more than enough time for Cole to knock the wind out of Kai.
"Jay! Go check on Zane, fix him if you have to!" Cole commanded.
Jay didn't argue and simply nodded, he ran towards his buddy and started "repairing" him. Kai was leaning on a pile of rubble, putting pressure on his side.Kai growled and cursed under his breath before getting up, limping. The air was thick with tension as the two boys faced off... Kai and Cole, both fueled by anger, stood a few feet apart, their eyes locked in a fierce stare. Cole's knuckles were white as he clenched his fists, his jaw set in determination.
"Why did you do that? Kai." Cole's voice cut through the silence, his tone pleading.
Kai's lips curled into a bitter smirk. "You think you can just waltz in and take what's mine? This is my turf, Cole."
A surge of adrenaline coursed through Cole's veins. "Your 'turf'? You don't own anything here, Kai. Are you talking about the artifact? It belongs to Sensei Wu."With a sudden, explosive movement, Kai lunged at Cole. His fists swung wildly, a torrent of punches aimed at Cole's face. But, his reflexes were sharp. He swiftly dodged each blow, his movements fluid and precise. The Fire Elemental's frustration grew with every missed hit, his aggression becoming his own enemy.
Cole saw an opening and capitalized on it. He countered with a swift kick to Kai's side, causing him to stumble back. He grunted, his face contorted in pain, but he quickly regained his balance. He wiped the blood trickling from his split lip, his gaze locking onto Cole.
The fight continued, a whirlwind of fists, kicks, and grunts. The sound of impacts echoed through the desolate landscape as the two boys exchanged blows. Dust and debris swirled around them, adding an almost surreal quality to the battle. Jay eventually hopped in as well, making it a 2v1.
"Not fair.." Kai mumbled under his breath.
Jay used his electricity, stunned Kai, and Cole used his super strength and knocked the hot head back a few meters. A pool of crimson slowly formed underneath Kai, and Cole approached slowly. Cole pinned the other beneath him. He raised his fist, ready to deliver a final blow. But then, in an unexpected move, Kai twisted his body, leveraging his legs to kick the other off balance. The tables turned, and Kai found himself on top.
Jay watched from a distance, "That's kinda gay.." Jay giggled while helping Zane up.
"Shut up, Jay!" Cole yelled.
The Earth Elemental grabbed Kai by the neck and kicked him back. The boy stumbled and softly caressed his neck. Kai grunted. With a roar, he launched himself into the air, soaring above Cole's head. He descended with a fiery aerial kick, but Cole anticipated the move. He thrust his palms downward, causing the earth to rise up and meet Kai's attack head-on. The collision created a shockwave that rippled through the cave, sending debris flying in all directions.
Jay coughed as he inhaled the dust, and Zane patted him on the back. The nindroid then whispered something to the other, they both nodded and left.. leaving the two boys fighting.
The collision sent Kai into a nearby river. Before he was submerged, Morro happened to leave Kai's body! Cole caught a glimpse of the ghost and ran towards Kai... who was now underwater!
KAI:
