the dimension we live in [2012]

it was a normal day in the lair. everyone was watching TV in the main room. space heroes was on and Leo was just obsessed. he sounded like he had memorized every episode word for word. but that's what happens when you like captain Ryan a little too much. Donnie was just working on a new invention from parts that he got from a kraang lab. he came looking as cheery as ever as he stopped to take a glance at April, who gave him a warm smile back.

"guess what! look at my newest invention!! i made this using old parts from a kraang lab!! its a...." Donnie continued to trail off. going on about something that none of the others can understand. making Leo a bit annoyed. "so what does that mean exactly?" "yeah dumb it down for us D!!" Mikey chimed in. "it can help us look for other useful organisms and mutants!!" Donnie explained. "we can use it to help us search for mutants on our side and find kraang prime more easier!!" Leo said excitedly. "exactly!! so we will use this later on tonight!! i have a portal from the kraang!! this should take us to dimension X if im certain!! though i haven't tested it out first..." Donnie said very uncertain at the end.

an hour went by and it was finally 11. it was time to test this baby out! We went out into the night and we were jumping off the rooftops. Until Donnie made us stop at some point. "Look my scanner is picking up that this should be the place!! I'm getting some really weird mystic energy from here!!" Leo places the portal on the ground. As a portal appears. "Don't step into it yet!! We don't know what's in there!!-" as Donnie was about to finish explaining. Mikey dived right in. Seeing as he probably turned out fine. Raph went next. And soon did everyone else.

They all fell in, and they looked up to a familiar hallway. One that they have been in before.
"Aw! We are back in here again!!" Yelled Casey. "Well it looks like this isn't dimension X.." said Donnie. "Don't worry team, we just need to go into the portal that leads into dimension X!!" Said Leo hoping to cheer up his team. "Yeah but which one of these portal thingies lead to dimension X?" Asked Mikey. "Welp I guess we'll just have to go in each one and find out!" Said Raph before he jumped into one. "Raph wait!" Yelled Leo, as he went in after him. Everyone soon joined after.

They all fell into the ground. As they all fell on top of each other. April fell on top of Donnie. As she nervously but blushing got herself off. Donnie blushing, turning away embarrassed. They turned around to see New York. But different. "Is this New York?" Asked Leo. "Looks Like it! But way different.." he said pointing to a sign that says "welcome to New York" "well this is where the signal came from right? Let's follow it!!" Said April. (Finally her ass being useful lmao)

They follow the trail, until they reach an alleyway. "I don't see anything here... are you sure this is it donnie?" Asked Leo. "Well from the looks of it, yes. But it seems to be underground somewhere..." replied Donnie. "Maybe we should look under that manhole over there?" Mikey said pointing to the manhole on the ground. "I guess that's one way to go down?" Said Casey.

As they were all about to go down into the manhole. 4 mutant turtles popped up. Looking at the others in confusion. One looked to have a red bandana but very large. Another one to have a blue one but red marks on his face. The other to have a orange one and colorful marks on his body. And the last to have a purple one, bushy eyebrows and tons of tech. They looked at each other in shock and confusion. As the situation just kept on getting worse and quiet.
