you wake up the next morning to footsteps running around the house and yelling. you sigh and sit up and stretch and get out of bed. "no! its mine now!" you hear a voice yell and then a loud thud. you laugh and step outside of your room to see lee know on the floor with his arms outstretched trying to keep a brown fuzzy toy from han who is now on top of him reaching for it. "give me quokka! it's mine you asshole!" lee know slips out from under him and stands up and starts running again. he almost runs into you as he zooms by your room. "quokka is mine!" he laughs a maniacal laugh as he runs down the hallway, you rub the sleep out of your eyes and head downstairs.
"y/n! hi, good morning." felix greets you as you step into the kitchen. "good morning." you smile at him as you grab a plate and start putting food on it. "where's chan?" you ask to no one in particular. "he went on a run with changbin. they left about 45 minutes ago, they should be back soon." seungmin tells you as you start to eat trying to ignore han and lee know's antics. "is it like this every morning?" you ask felix as he sits down at the table to eat.
he laughs and nods, clearly unfazed by han and lee know's screams. right as you take your first bite the front door opens and chan and changbin come walking into the kitchen. they both grab water bottles and start to chug them. "y/n! you're up early." chan smiles at you when he sees you. "yeah its hard to sleep when two grown men are running around screaming." you laugh. you usually sleep in but with jetlag and han and lee know being so loud, it was virtually impossible.
"jisung! minho! stop and come eat." chan yells and they fall silent and walk into the kitchen like scolded children. han is now holding the stuffed toy so he must have gotten it back. you chuckle as you eat and sip on your coffee. "how did you sleep y/n?" felix asks you as he starts to eat. chan excuses himself to go shower. "pretty well actually, i always sleep bad the first night in a new place but i slept pretty well." you smile as you take your last bite. "that's good! feel free to take seconds if you're still hungry, i made plenty." you nod and get a little bit more food and sit back down.
you all eat at the table in mostly silence with the occasional small talk. you can already tell this is gonna be a fun month or two. hyunjin stumbles into the kitchen rubbing his eyes. he looks beautiful, its almost unfair that he looks that good for just waking up. "hyung how are you just now waking up? it was so loud." jeongin asks in surprise. hyunjin points to his ears revealing a pair of headphones. "white noise and noise cancellation." he shrugs as he grabs himself a plate and sits down to eat, sitting next to you of all people. it kind of shocks you, after all you kind of thought he hated you.
when everyone was done eating you and felix tackle the dishes as everyone breaks off into their own little groups to do their own thing. you wash the dishes, felix dries them and puts them away. "so how did you meet chan y/n?" felix asks curiously. "we were neighbors, i moved into the house next door when i was 6, chan was almost 8. we became friends almost instantly." you smile, reminiscing on the past. felix and you talk as you finish up the dishes and you catch yourself admiring his freckles and eyes. a blush creeps up on your cheeks when he catches you staring. "what? is there something on my face?" you giggle. "no sorry, i was staring... i really like your freckles." he blushes. "thank you y/n."

when you walk back downstairs after getting dressed for the day hyunjin is sitting at the table with a sketch pad in hand. "what are you drawing?" you ask him, trying to glance at his sketch pad. "nothing." he turns it away from you and you frown. you've always been kind of nosey and happen to love art. he goes back to sketching as you sit across from him, scrolling through your phone. "y/n, do you want to go to the store with me? i have to get stuff for dinner." chan asks as he walks over to you. "sure, why not?" you shrug and get up and walk over to the door and slip on your shoes. the two of you walk to the little market they live near and joke around like old times.
you stumble, nearly tripping as you enter the store making chan laugh. "you're so clumsy y/n, i guess some things never change huh?" he teases you. "shut up!" you shove him and he stumbles into a person walking by, he apologizes and you hold back a chuckle. "my bad..." you laugh as he grabs a big bag of rice for tonight. he rolls his eyes as walks to the produce aisle and grabs some veggies. you grab a bag of your favorite candy, unable to resist it as you head to the register after chan grabs meat for dinner.
"you always have a sweet tooth huh?" chan asks as he sees the pink and purple box of candy. you nod and grin as you pull a few dollars out of your pocket to pay for it. "put that away, i got it." he smiles at you and pulls out his wallet. you thank him, reminding yourself to pay him back somehow. the cashier scans all of the food and chan pays. the two of you head back to the house with your groceries.
"no! you were the one who tripped!" chan argues with you as you walk into the house. you were talking about the time chan tripped walking up the stairs of your school on the first day. "no you idiot it was you! you're the one with the scar!" you shove him, he's so stubborn and annoying sometimes. "hey! no shoving, be nice!" he tells you and you roll your eyes. "yeah, yeah, whatever." you laugh as you start to put away the groceries. chan looks at his phone and sighs.
"what's wrong?" you ask noticing his mood change. "we have to go film something today... i wanted to spend time with you though." you frown, kind of sad at first. "its okay chris, theres always tomorrow! i'll be here for at least a month though. we have plenty of time." you smile at him reassuringly. he nods and goes to round up all of the guys to head out to go film. he seems excited when he comes back downstairs. "y/n! i found out you can come with us!" you grin, happy you won't have to be alone today.
