Luke's point of view
I'm sorry Arz, I can't talk to you anymore. I'd give you the whole 'it's not you, it's me' speech, but you're too good for that shit. Just know, if you'll have me, I'll come back to you. I just can't do us right now. -Luke
I re-read the text message over and over, deleting and re-wording parts to try and not make myself sound like such a dick.
I wouldn't say that I was in love with Arzaylea, she was simply a girl I had met at a friend of a friends birthday party. She happened to be at the mini bar at the same time that I was, and after a heated argument over who would have the last available can of coke to mix with the vodka we had found on a nearby table, we both realised how stupid we were being, and shared the coke between the both of us.
She wasn't like other girls I had spoken to I guess, she had spunk, and she wasn't afraid to stand up for the things she believed in. I had found that out multiple times when we had been having one of our many debates.
I shook my head from my thoughts, sitting up from the hotel bed I had been lying in. We had changed rooms since this morning, only this time we managed to get rooms of our own. I preferred it to be honest, although being roommates with Calum had its perks sometimes. For example, he always had a stash of weed in his suitcase, or a bottle or more of some sort of alcohol tucked underneath his neatly folded clothes.
Right now, all of us were hopping around hotels all around LA, waiting for Frank to tell us what we were doing. Apparently, the trip to Australia was too long and too inconvenient, so none of us could go back to see our families this time in our break. Frank said he needed us to be available at any given time, so the safest option would for us to stay here in LA, staying at numerous hotels all over the place. I didn't mind the hotels that much anymore, although I'd prefer to have my own house somewhere, the destination of that house is still undecided.
If I lived in Australia, I'd be close with my family, but if I stayed in LA, I'd be able to fulfil my job as a band member of a pretty successful band and live my childhood dreams, not to mention, see Arzaylea more often. That wouldn't be happening anytime soon though, I refuse to cheat on any girl, no matter what situation. I know from experience the feeling of betrayal and extreme hurt was anything but enjoyable.
Leaning over to switch off the bedside table lamp, I allowed the room to overcome with darkness before I allowed my body to relax and lay down on the extremely large and comfy bed.
Ashton's point of view
I glanced at my phone screen, rolling my eyes when I saw it was only 9pm. Me and the boys had decided to go out for lunch and then explore LA for a while before we came back to the hotel we were staying at currently. The rooms we had been staying in were trashed beyond repair, so I didn't question it when we were told we all had new separate rooms, the management probably thought it was better for the rooms sake that we all had single rooms.
There was nothing on the tv, all of the good tv programmes I remember watching seem to have been cancelled or had all ended ages ago, just shows how being a 'rockstar' overtakes a persons life.
The room I had now was nicer than the other one me and Michael had to share. The bed was bigger, the view was better and the room itself was nicer all in all. The security guard had brought my suitcase up here earlier on, but it still sat on the armchair in the corner of the room. I hadn't bothered to unpack it yet, but I probably should have.
My mind had been filled with the news Frank had told us. The whole fake girlfriend thing was ridiculous, in fact, having to listen to anything management said was a pain in the arse.
