Chapter 2

Zander POV:

We entered the music club and Drew broke down, crying. "What am I supposed to do now? I don't want to be alone.." He cried out, hugging me tight. I hugged him, rubbing soothing circle onto his back and whispering in his ear. It took him a good 20 minutes to calm down,time when Milly and Sean came into the club. But we didn't notice them right away.

Drew POV:

"It's not fair,why do I always loose everyone. First my sister and my dad,then you and now my mom and step-father? Does the universe really hate me that much?" "Drew, the universe doesn't hate you, and you never lost me. I love you just a much as I did back then, just in a different way. And I'm sure your sister still loves you. Maybe she's looking for you, too. Who knows, she might even be in the same highschool as us." 'Yeah, sure...I don't think she even remembers me' "No offence Alex, but I'm sure she doesn't even remember me..." "She has the family photo too, right? Aren't your names written down on it?" 'I forgot about that' I looked in my phone case and took the photo out. It was a photo of my parents and me holding her up in my arms. In the bottom right corner was something written. "Drew and Milly's first trip at Disneyland..." i read. "Milly? Is that your sister's name?Wait, Milly? As in our Milly?" He asked, clearly in his theory mode.  "Sorry, I watch too much Matpad. But she said she had a brother,but hasn't seen him since their parents divorced. That's why she started playing guitar actually,her brother used to play."My eyes widened as I realized the way everything clicked. "Alex, I used to play guitar...Holy shit, Milly might actually be my sist-" As I was about to say that,I felt a pair of thin arms hug me from behind. "I've missed you so much" the girl said just above a whisper. The moment I heard her I turned around and hugged her tight in my arms. "Well, I guess you won't be alone after all." Alex said, a small smile creeping on his face. "Oh, and please call me Zander. Only my mom calls me Alex.." He said, clearly uncomfortable. "Sure thing,Z" I replied, smiling through tears.

Milly POV:

I entered the music club with Sean, wanting to practice for the competition. We stopped in our tracks when we saw Drew and Zander. "No offence Alex, but I'm sure she doesn't even remember me..." Drew said, tears streaming down his face. "What are they talking about?" I whispered to Sean, not wanting to interrupt them. "I have no idea" he replied, very quietly."She has the family photo too, right? Aren't your names written down on it?" Drew took out a small polaroid out of his hoodie and read the text under it. "Drew and Milly's first trip at Disneyland..." he read. "Wait, isn't that on your family photo?" Sean asked, looking at me. I took out the photo from my jacket and looked at the photo. It was a photo with my parents, before they got a divorce, and me and my brother. He was holding me in his arms, smiling largely.  I looked at Drew then back at the photo a few times, tears forming in my eyes. "Sean, it's him..." I whispered, trying not to sob. "See Milly, I told you you'll find him eventually" he replied in a comforting tone. "Alex, I used to play guitar...Holy shit, Milly might actually be my sist-"
I couldn't stop myself from hugging him tightly as he turned around and hugged me back. "I've missed you so much" I said, trying to contain my sobs. "It's alright, Milly. It's alright. I'm right here. You'll never loose me again." He whispered quietly in my ear, trying to comfort me. "Please don't leave. I missed you so fucking much you asshole. How's mom? Is she alright?" Drew went quiet, avoiding my eyes. "..Drew?" "S-she died in a car crash around an hour ago.." I looked at him emotionless, barely able to speak. "..Oh. So, you're alone now?" "Well, he has the whole mansion to himself soo.." Zander stated. "So we can move in with you?!?" I asked, excited.  "I-I mean, if you want.." "Hell yeah, I missed that house so much!" I was so happy, I grew up in that house, all my old toddler stuff are still there. "Oh, Drew, we need to get you home. That panic attack dried out your energy...you could pass out." Zander said, visibly worried.  "Wait a damn second, since where are you two friends?" I asked, confused.
"We can have a sleepover at my place? I need to explain to Hailey anyways.." Zander said, to which me and Sean both agreed. "Now come on, let's get you home. Milly, can you invite Jake to the sleepover too?" "Sure, take care, idiot" "I will.." Drew replied, then he left with Zander. 'Well, this is gonna be an interesting night for sure.'
