When they reached Kenma's place, the first thing they did was eat but Shirabu insisted that he wasn't hungry and non of them were able to say something, due to Shirabu's current state..

He was depressed, all of them could see that but decided not to talk about it..

Kenma then led Shirabu to his room and Shirabu could nearly say a word without almost crying..

"T-thank...you"Shirabu said stuttering his words, Kenma couldn't help but worry (when they hung out in high school it would always be Kunimi, him, Shirabu and Sunarin...Akaashi and Oikawa were very busy with their bfs because they were the first ones to have one,Kenma didn't really like talking about his feelings along with the others that's why they would get along so well) but rn Kenma was very very worried "Umm...no problem...if you need anything you can ask me..."After what felt like a solid awkward 2 minutes Kenma decided to leave..

After dinner Kenma and the group including Tendou decided to check up on Shirabu..

Shirabu heard the door creak and he pretended to sleep because he didn't want to talk about his past lover who was currently in a coma..

As Tendou opened the door they could see a (fake) sleeping Shirabu in the bed..

"..."

"He's asleep close the door you idiot! You don't want to wake a depressed Shirabu right now, would you?"Oikawa aggressively whispered "Yeah okay would you all shut the fuck up...!" Kunimi said pissed..

After he heard the door shut he turned around to his right side to where his phone was, it was on the side of his bed in the drawer where there was a fancy little lampshade..

He couldn't sleep like always and he thought of the thing that always helps him sleep, Semi's voice..(FLASH BACK)

Back when Semi and Shirabu were still dating Semi would write songs for him and when he was unable to sleep he would call Semi or go to his dorm and Semi would always talk to him or sing a song for him until he falls asleep (Semi was roomed with Reon but he didn't really mind and understood what Shirabu would feel)

He watched a couple of Semi's vids in the internet..

Until he got a text message from someone

[Message from ✨Taichi✨]

✨Taichi✨: Hey Shira I heard what had happened in the concert...I'm really sorry..

He took some time to reply..

"..."

🧂Shirabu🧂: It's fine.. you don't have to say sorry you know

✨Taichi✨: I know I just feel bad for what happened also I'm at the bar my second part time wanna come?

🧂Shirabu🧂: Maybe some other time I'm at Kenma's rn

✨Taichi✨: Oh yeah...I hope they could cheer you up there also don't forget I'm always here 4 u

🧂Shirabu🧂: Yeah ik (you sound very cringe btw), also why couldn't you make it in the concert earlier smth wrong?

✨Taichi✨: Smth just came up with my family and istg I'm literally trying to make you feel better

Shirabu went through his gallery and saw the old pictures of him and Eita..

When they broke up he couldn't find the courage to delete Semi's photos..

He then clicked through one photo and saw that it was from Semi's old posts with him studying with the caption saying

[My future doctor is studying no one interrupt him, he looks so cute❤️]

As he read the caption he blushed and felt a tear roll down his tinted red cheeks he was crying because he remembers how proud Semi was showing everyone in school how he was able to date a salty and bitter Shirabu, though Shirabu didn't like the idea of other people posting him, Semi was the only exception.

He then kept scrolling through his gallery and just found a bunch of old photos of Semi and him..

He knew that he was falling for Semi even more but he hated that about himself, he was the reason why they broke up in the first place, he imagined what it would be like if they didn't break up in the first place..

*Five years before (Semi was in collage and Shira was a senior and was about to graduate)*

His roommate, Taichi then gently woke Shirabu up who fell asleep while studying, "Hey your phones been going on for an hour" he then grabbed his phone and saw over a hundred messages from Semi..

❤️Kenji❤️: Hi do you need anything?

🖤Semi: Can't I just greet my beloved boyfriend?🥺

❤️Kenji❤️: Ofc you can but I'm quite busy rn, tomorrows a busy day I have 10 tests tomorrow

Semi then waited for a reply or see three little ellipses, but got nothing..

He sighs and though of it as nothing, because Shirabu was always like that he's always studying and not paying any attention to Semi at all..

Semi had always felt that Shirabu's studys were always more important than him, but he wouldn't want to think that way because he didn't want to ruin what he and Shirabu have..

After all he was with the boy of his dreams Shirabu Kenjirou serious, observant, intelligent, good looking and hardworking who wouldn't want to date that..? Semi thought to himself..

He didn't want to ruin him, if he breaks up with Shirabu he and his lover would be depressed and unable to focus on school and he just knows that Shirabu is just trying his best to get a good future for himself and Eita..

'Hmmm...I really love you Kenjirou, I hope you know that as well...' Semi thought to himself as he looked down from the ceiling and started to doodle some lyrics for his new song..
