I put Alison down from my chest slowly in bed and put the blanket on her, if I didn't get a call from work then I would gladly let her lay on me all night. I put my hoodie near her and I left her a note letting her know I was called into work, and to call me if she needed something.

At work all I was doing was worrying over her, it's the first time I seen her cry and it broke me into a million peace's. I then stepped out the office, and called her best friend Maya.

Maya:"Hello"?
Rayan: "hey Maya it's me rayan"
Maya: "oh hi is Alison okay"?
Rayan: "n-no, she's been crying for more then and hour and she's finally asleep, I just wanna know what happened".
Maya: "she had a patient, 48, her name is carol and she had a liver failure, she was in the hospital for over 2 weeks and her and Alison got really close. Today she found a liver donor and we found a tumor in her heart causing her to have a hear attack...and she died"

I took a deep breath in
"Thank you Maya" I said Turing off the phone. Fuck. That was deep.

At some point I got a call from Alison.

I later woke up, I turn to see and empty bed. Just my luck, I sit up to see a note and Ryan's hoodie I smile putting it on it was huge but it smelt just like him. I read the note and right now I didn't want anything. I put my hair in a bun, and my glasses on then I turned the Tv on. The hoodie and shirt combo was really comfortable. I was sitting cris cross when I decided I wanted ice cream.

I called Rayan
"Hello" I Said in my tired voice sniffing
"Are you okay"? He asked over the phone
"Y-yeah can you get me ice cream" I asked un sure what he was going to say
"Of course give me 10 minutes" he said
Less then 10 minutes I heard the door open to see Rayan with 1 big box.

"Rayan i asked for ice cream what is this" he dumped the box all over the bed "I-i didn't know what you wanted so I bought one of each.." he said innocently
I giggled "I want chocolate" I pointed. He called the maid and she picked up the other ice creams.

I started eating and watched the show with Rayan when he called me "Alison" I looked at him "yeah Rayan"

"Maya told me everything that happened" I looked at him "well everyone dies some day" I say looking back at the tv he grabbed my face and kissed my for head "atleast she's in a safe happy place" he re assured me. I smiled and thanked him.
"WE LIKE THIS" he said said pointing at my smile making me giggle
