Xavier couldn't help but smile and blush , for the first time ever Maria finally got to say something real about her feelings for him, "Maria-" he got out of his seat and took a place on the floor in-front of her "you don't understand how important this is to me, It was so hard to act normal around you when all I ever wanted was to have you for myself claim you to be mine, when I saw that bitch on top of you I couldn't resist my anger, I knew you hates being touched by anyone and you only wanted that type of feeling from your partner, seeing him forcefully kiss you made me furious...I want to be the guy who gives you the princess treatment for the rest of your life no matter what it could cost me."

Tears slowly start forming in his eyes but he wasn't trying to hide it he was too lost by his love for her couldn't even resist it anymore, she placed the gift of the side next to her, stood up and gave him her hand to support him to stand, once he did she hugged him, it wasn't the first time she'd hug him but this felt different their hearts were racing, he hugged her back like this would be the last hug he ever got.

"Xavier.." she said softly making him pull away from the hug to look her in the eyes, "If you have meetings today can you postpone them? I want to spend some time with you tonight just us" she said it purely making him smile gently as he rubbed her cheek "I'd do anything to make you satisfied even if it puts my life on the line" she smiled while wrapping her hands around his neck coming close to his face "may I?" He asks before kissing her lips she chuckled for him as an answer, slowly their lips joined together as they shared a very gentle kiss that slowly turned into a hot makeout.

He didn't want to rush it, he started slowly teasing her by letting his tongue touch her lips then goes back, she couldn't help but give in her all while her hand is slowly playing his hair, he grabbed her by the waist pulling her in so close leaving no space for air the pass through them. "Let me call and cancel before things get hotter" he winked at her as he pulls his phone out of his pocket while he remained in her arms "Ben, cancel all my meetings today I have some personal issues I need to take care off" he hangs up the phone and throws it on the couch "where were we?" He said with a grin on his face.

"Can I open my gift?" She jumped out of his arms and grabbed the boxes, he can't say no to her so he let her do her thing, she was stunned by the amazing black satan dress that he got her and the heels that match it perfectly "at 8 I want you to wear these and come down stairs." She was excited but didn't bother to ask why.

By the time its 7:55 Maria gets a notification on her phone
