Appearance: Richter wears a lot of different outfits over his long life time, mostly wearing a white fancy dress shirt and black pants with a vest, as well as a ski mask along a white spiral mask over it, along with a trench coat and top hat at times

Position of power: after joining outworld Richter chose to serve Shao Kahn as an advisor for the emperor, and a second in command to Shang tsung during the mortal kombat tournaments
Personality: showboating, dramatic unpredictable chaotic
Richter has show being able to preform misdirection such as taking a marble and making it disappear and reappearing on his tongue
