Chapter 4

A/N: Okay sooooo I'm excited

                After we finished eating I took a look at my phone and realized how late it actually was. I should be home by now because I had a ton of chores to do.

"I should get going but I'll see you guys soon!" you said getting everything you brought with you.

"It's too late to walk home by yourself Y/n/n." Chris said in a worried tone. During dinner we had gotten to know each other better and our feud from earlier that day had long gone away. He even calls me by my nickname Nick gave me now, I say that's some progress. I also think I may have a crush on him but I'm just really confused with my feelings.

"How about you stay the night here, you can stay in my room!" Nick said.

"I guess that sounds fun and it is a little too late to walk home, so why not!" I said.

"Can we watch a movie?" Chris asked excitedly.

"That sounds fun, let's do it!" I was excited to watch a movie with my new friends.

"I'll get Matt, you guys choose what we are gonna watch." Nick said going upstairs for Matt once again. Me and Chris walked into their living room, to sit down and pick a movie. Their living room had one long couch that could fit up to 3 people and 1 seperate armchair. Chris walked over to the long couch and sat to the right and got comfy. I walked over to the couch and sat next to Chris.

"So what do you want to watch Y/n/n." Chris asked, turning on the tv. I was thinking that I wanted to watch a romance movie but I didn't want to embarrass myself in front of him and the others when they came down the stairs.

"Um, I'm fine with anything." I said.

           Secretly thinking of my favorite romance but pushed it out of my brain. I suddenly became scared if Chris picked a horror movie. I hate to admit it but I get out of my mind scared of horror movies. But, I also didn't want to tell him that because I'm scared he would think that I'm a wimp for not being able to watch a horror movie. I was now internally crossing my fingers that it didn't happen and that I wouldn't embarrass myself yet again.

"How about we watch 'It', I love that movie." Chris said. Dammit I'm so scared of that movie and I'm going to look like an idiot in front of him.

"Yeah we can watch that." I said as he clicks on the movie as the other 2 boys come down the stairs. When they are fully down the stairs Matt sits in the armchair and Nick sits next to me. Then Chris clicks on the movie and I take deep breaths trying not to freak out and get scared already.

         The movie started and only a few minutes in and I had totally forgotten that Geogie's death scene is really scary and graphic. I see the tiny paper boat go down the weather drain and see his face appear. I start to get a little scared because who isn't afraid of a clown that is in a freaking sewer drain!!! And then it happens, I see Pennywise's transformed face, his long yellow teeth and creepy face.

         I jumped so violently and my reflexes immediately reacted and hugged the closest thing to me. I was hugging Chris's warm and welcoming torso and squeezed it tightly as his reflexes also reacted and immediately wrapped an arm around my shoulder. It gets even scarier in a few seconds and I immediately bury my face into Chris's warm chest as I squeezed him tighter. 

        Once the scary part was over I moved my head from his chest. He looked down at me and laughed at how scared I was and then rubbed his arm up and down my shoulder calming me down and I was no longer scared but I had shivers running down my spine. As Chris did this my stomach exploded with butterflies and then all of it was clear I had a big fat crush on Chris. He stopped after a few minutes. My face was a blushing mess of embarrassment and from being so flustered. But, he didn't move his arm from mine and he kept it there the whole movie. I felt so safe like that on the couch that I had slowly started to drift off to a nice and comfortable sleep as I rested my head on his shoulder.

A/n: Okay I'm having too much fun writing
this stuff. I had butterflies in my stomach the
whole time. Sorry I didn't descript the movie
well I have never watched a horror movie
before so yeah. The next chapter will have some
cute things in it. Please comment. I will probably
publish 2 more chapters tommorow after my school.
