Unexpected savior

"Am I in wattpad?"

2nd person pov;

You sat next to Tang eating noodles that you payed. Pigsy suddenly barged in with his usual grumpy face, "Where the heck is that kid!" You ignore him continuing to eat your noodles.

At the corner of your eyes you saw MK peeking through the door, "Um, Mei? [Name]? Mr. Tang?" He called. You smile at him, "Where have you been, MK? I've got-- " Pigsy was cut off by MK, "Pigsy!" MK jump in front of Pigsy before stopping, "Wait, is it?" He asked poking him. Pigsy groan, "If you don't get your hands off me, you're fired!" He shouted.

"It is you!" MK cheer hugging him, "Oh-ho-ho-ho, my sweet Pigsy." He sob rubbing his cheeks against Pigsys, "Pigsy, it is you!"

"Uh, what's happening?" Pigsy asked looking at them in confusion. MK pulled away, "Sorry. It's just... I'm just really glad none of you are perfect."

'Ouch.'

"What?!" Tang, Pigsy, and Mei scream, "I already knew MK, you don't have to remind me." You stated.

"What are you talking about? This job's the most perfect thing you're ever going to get!" Pigsy exclaimed.

"I so too am perfect. You've got dumb brain. That's what you've got!" Tang insulted.

"Wow. I'm going to reset your Monkey Mech character. How about that?!" Mei threatened.

Pigsy, Tang, and Mei dissolve into argument while you continue to eat your noodles ignoring the chaos. MK sighs contentedly, "Perfect."

After everything calm down, you stood up from your seat and handed Pigsy the empty bowl, "Thanks for the bowl Pigsy, I'll be taking my leave." You said. Pigsy grab the bow lifting an eyebrow, "Where are you going?" He asked, "Oh, I'm just looking around the city. You know, since I'm still new here." You replied. Pigsy look unsure, "And you aren't gonna bring anyone with you?" He asked.

You couldn't help but smile at his reaction, "Don't worry Pigsy, I'll just call you if I get lost or something." You reassured. He sigh and nodded, "Alright. Just call any of us if you need anything." You nodded and did a salute before leaving the shop.

Now, you walk around the city examining it's beauty. Despite the tall buildings the sun is still visible, Damn the difference of animations and real life.

Speaking of real life. You couldn't help but wonder, how is your family doing. You sigh looking down at your feet. You missed them. So much. Sure, you love it here but you couldn't help but feel homesick sometimes.

You continue walking until you came across the library, you look at it for a second before entering. You look around in amazement, scrolls, book, and paper could be seen. You stroll around the library grabbing some random book that catch your interest.

After reading a some book, you didn't noticed it was night time and you only noticed it when the employees started announcing that the library will be closed in an hour. You put the book to their rightful place, before leaving the library.

You look at the sky in awe, despite the environment you could see the clear sky and the billions of star. You open up your phone and started walking back to Sandy's place.

'Ah yes. A lovely night where the reader is all alone and something bad will happened and then their KniGhT aNd sHinNinG ArmOR will appear then save them.' I thought.

You snorted at your own thoughts, but it was soon cut off when you heard multiple laughter, you turn around to see three drunk man who look like in their early twenties, probably still teen. As soon as their eye landed on you they stop.

'I just jinxed myself huh...'

One of the man smirk and let go of their friend shoulder, "Look what the cat dragged in." He walk toward you,  bending down a little and scanning your face. You scrunched your face in disgust smelling a strong scents of alcohol.

"Uhm. Excuse me Sir. But, I'll be taking my leave." You turn away and was about to walk away when the other one grab your shoulder, "Hey, now why the rush pretty boy/girl? Why don't you joined us ey? We have more drinks." They said raising an eyebrow.

Before you could reply a shiver run down your spine, "And what seems to be the problem here gentlemen?" A familiar boy spoke, your eye widen recognizing the voice.

'Sh*t-'

You cursed under your breath as all attention turn toward the new voice. And lo and behold, it was 'The Mayor'.

'Why does it have to be him. Of all character why not Macaque or Redson.'

He smile creepingly at the three drunk man who felt creep and weird out, "Nothing, we are just asking if they need help or something." One of them excuse grabbing his friend and running away. The mayor watched them leave with a proud smile before turning his attention to you, "Are you okay dear?" He asked softly.

'The f*ck?'

I shook my head forcing a smile, "No Sir, I am completely fine. Thank you for the help." I smile. He shook his head grinning his white eye staring at you, "No problem my dear! I am the mayor after all! I have to keep my citizens safe and sound!" He stated. You faked a surprise expression, "Oh you are? I didn't know! Thank you again Mr, Mayor." You said, your acting is pretty convincing that it scare you a little.

He smile at you, "Don't worry about it dear! Now, why don't I walk you home?" He suggested.

'Hell no.'

"Oh no, it's okay! I don't want to bother you." You refused kindly but he just smile at you, "Nonsense! I insist!" You sigh in defeat knowing if you refuse it will bring suspicious. "Alright, thank you again."

The both of you walk besides each other in complete silence. You felt a bit awkward but he doesn't seems to be bothered, "So what's your name, dear?" He asked starting up a conversation, "Oh. My name is [Name]. Nice to meet you." You introduce, your shoulder calming down a little for some reason.

"What a lovely name! Nice to meet you tlo." He said making you smile, "Thank you." Unlike in the series he seems a bit calm.. And soft.

'Wait. Don't tell me he's a love interest. Nah bro I'm out. No yandere's for me.'

You look away nervously ignoring his gaze, Sandy's house came to view making you mentally sigh in relief, "We're here. Thank you again Mr, Mayor." You said doing a small bow. He wave his hand, "No problem dear! Have a lovely day."

You nodded and enter the house while he walk away. You let out a breathe that you didn't know you were holding, "Finally."

You rub your eye and saw Sandy drinking tea with Mo. Their eye landed on you, "Oh! [Nickname] you're back! You almost got me worried there." He stated. You smile at them apologeticly, "Sorry, Sandy. I lost track of time." I replied. He smile at you brightly, "No worries! Do you want some tea?" He asked offering a tea, you smile and say besides him, "Don't mind if I do."
