Just Listen To Me - Green x Reader

This is the collections of episodes 2 - 6, sorry if it's confusing.

Warnings: slight angst; some cussing; a little spice towards the end.

Summary

Green doesn't want an impostor on his ship, Reader doesn't want to kill a child. And so this puts a strain on their relationship.

Note: Reader is the medic

The loud buzz of the emergency siren is heard throughout all the ship.

You were just finishing your tasks at the medbay when you heard it. So you've made your way towards the meeting room.

Well, that's a fancy way to say it. It was just a large table in the middle of the cafeteria. You noticed a few of the people who were missing, and your already worried expression turned into one of sorrow when you didn't see your best friend, Red, on the table.

'At least Green is still here'

As if on cue, Green spoke up, more like shouted "I saw Yellow kill both Pink and Purple by the Admin corridor!" A bunch of gasps erupted.

Yellow was quick to deny such accusation, kinda sus ngl.

"Now hold on just a second! Pink and Purple were the impostors! But Glitchy killed then both for us" Yellow explained as Glitchy stood on the table with a proud smile.

You were skeptical and some your crewmates even laughed at such absurtity. Even Green! Wich ok, was sort of adorable.

He must have noticed your lovingly gaze because he quickly cleared his throat, with a slight blush, and slammed his hand on the table, shutting up the rest of the crew.

You flinched slightly as he slammed his hand into the table. You were sitting next to him and that was quite unnecessary.

He shot you a quick apologetic glance.

Then he spoke up again "I was on security, I saw you standing next to their bodies" that seemed to be enough for your crewmates because they were already voting off Yellow.

You weren't as quick, although Yellow was suspicious as hell, you did not have enough proof to simply vote him off. Sadly, no one in your crew shares that same train of thought.

You noticed Yellow was on the brink of a panic attack and was about to question him when suddenly your screen fizzled out.

All of you looked at the source only to see Glitchy holding a gun.

"OH GOD IS THAT A BABY WITH A GUN?!" you exclaimed, the situation was very much serious, but that's just how you reacted when you were panicking.

"You seeing that, right?!" Green pointed at Glitchy and was looking around the crew. Glitchy then straight up growled at Green, that shut him up for now, as Glitchy pulled out some sort of device from his suit.

It showed exactly what happend when the reactor was having a meltdown. It showed Purple killing Red. At that point you couldn't look anymore, that's all the evidence you needed.

Everyone was silent at this point. Green noticed your unusual quietness and put a hand on yours from under the table. He gave it a gentle squeeze and he looked at you, silently asking if you're ok. You returned the question with a nod.
