Santana's Pov-

"Her body is intoxicated by alcohol and deliriants," The doctor addressed. "We aren't sure of when she will wake up, if she does."

I panicked. Why had I said that stuff to her, that's when I saw those gorgeous eyes of her's flutter open. She only smiled up at me, but then turned her eyes to Rachel.

"You're an idiot, Victoria Claudia Berry!" She yelled, walking over to her sister. "When you recover, you are going straight to rehab!"

"Shut it, Rachel. You're an ass," Victoria muttered, causing me to smirk. "You were right, Tana."

I furrowed my brows, confused. "What do you mean?"

"I'm a lousy, alcoholic, drug addict." She laughed, kissing my hand which rested on her cheek.

After several minutes, the doctors finished running a final test. This allowed me to happily sit with her. I heard footsteps rushing into the ward only to see Quinn.

The blonde girl ran over to Victoria who was asleep in that moment. "How is she?"

I sighed, playing with her hair with a light smile on my lips. "Fucked."

Sat on the side of the bed, placing a gentle kiss onto Victoria's forehead. "I saw Rachel yelling at a nurse before I came in," Quinn told me with a laugh. "At least we know she cares for her sister."

"That's sweet." Victoria chuckled to herself.

"It is, huh?" I shrugged, awaiting a response from my girlfriend, but she said nothing. "Vics?"

She groaned, turning to me slowly. "I want Rachel."

Quinn and I looked to each other, both nodding before the blonde girl stood up and ran out of the room. I gazed down at Victoria, only to see her grope her chest.

"Tana, it hurts." She was shaking slightly, causing panic to set in me.

"I came as soon as I could!" Rachel worried, staring down at her sister in shock. "She's having a heart attack, get a doctor!"

I looked down at the set of buttons next to the bed, spamming the red one instantly. A doctor sprinted inside, rushing over go Victoria.

"I'm gonna need you ladies to leave the room." He spoke, only for Victoria to shake her head violently.

"They're staying!" She yelled, the doctor sighing before talking.

He turned around to Victoria. "When did the pain start?" She only shrugged, and I could see she was losing consciousness. "Have you experienced this bef-"

"Fucking help her God damn it!" I screamed at him. "She's dying!"

Anger set within me, and I began trying to hit the doctor, only for Rachel and Quinn to restrain me. The doctor set up some equipment, hooking it up to her.

Tears streamed down my face as I came to the realisation that she wasn't gonna make it, anyone could see that. An expression that would forever haunt me was Rachel's face as I turned around.

A gaze of horror was evident on her face, and her skin was pale white to the point that it matched that of a skeleton. A single tear ran down her cheek, but all she could do was stare in fear.

The doctor turned to us, shaking his head. "She isn't gonna make it, I'm sorry."

Those words hit my like a car crashing into my body. And I swear I could feel my heart break. It was a feeling of indescribable pain, and I only walked over to Victoria as her eyes stared up at me.

A tiny smile hit her face, and she sighed. "If this is the face I'm gonna die looking at, then I am one lucky girl," I laughed at her statement as tears still flooded down my cheeks. "I have a final request."

"Anything, just tell me and I'll do it." I informed the girl as Quinn rubbed my back slowly.

Rachel grabbed her sister's hand, kissing it sweetly before Victoria spoke. "Sing for me, Tana."

I nodded, smiling emotionally. I thought of a song quickly, before taking a deep breath.

"Schoolbag in hand, she leaves home in the early morning
Waving goodbye with an absent-minded smile
I watch her go with a surge of that well known sadness
And I have to sit down for a while
The feeling that I'm losing her forever
And without really entering her world
I'm glad whenever I can share her laughter
That funny little girl."

Victoria's smile quivered as she stared into my eyes, a truly content look on her face. Rachel looked as if her heart was about to break as she rested her head on her sister's arm.

"Slipping through my fingers all the time
I try to capture every minute
The feeling in it
Slipping through my fingers all the time
Do I really see what's in her mind
Each time I think I'm close to knowing
She keeps on growing
Slipping through my fingers all the time."

Then it happened, Victoria's face froze up her pupils still focused on my face as I suddenly stopped. "Victoria?!"

"Vics?!" I shook her body, but no movement. "Victoria, no, you can't fucking leave me!"

Quinn hugged me from behind, Rachel collapsing onto the floor and bursting into tears. I pushed Quinn off of me, cupping Victoria's cheeks.

Without control in my body, I screamed at the top of my lungs, bawling my eyes out. "You're not dead!"

I leaned over, kissing her on the lips softly. I prayed for some sort of reaction, yet it wasn't given, only breaking me more. It was only seconds later that I noticed Quinn and Rachel had left the room.

After a few minutes, I managed to stop screaming, but that didn't mean the pain was gone. I stared down at her, noticing the smile that still rested on her face.

It took me courage, but I eventually leaned over to her ear and took a deep breath.

"I love you, Vics. Rest in peace, my angel."

With that, I closed her eyes and left the room.
