Now let me tell you a story about the sentinels.
The Rose's sentinels.
The sentinels dwell in the realm of the rose. The realm is another space–a dimension, a whole new world just for them, just beyond about a meter from rose's epicentre.
Born out of the rose's petals, they ensure the rose won't be touched and harmed. They operate from the inside realm, and through a looking river that views the outside world, they protect the rose from anyone who's deemed a trespasser from the outside of their realm. They've been bestowed with prowess since the day they've stepped foot on the land. All for the purpose of protecting the rose.
There were five of them, about half a foot in height, with skins as green as olives, small pointed ears, eyes and hair that vary in color, and each a pair of arms and legs with five fingers. Ssmall human-like-with pointed ears- creatures they are. The two protect, and the three take care of the rose, tending its roots and petals.
First up is Raya the conjurer. Those who dare to step a foot close to the rose can bid their dear life goodbye. In just a flick of her finger, chains would manifest from thin air and circle the target like a snake to its prey, taking their last breath away. These chains were capable of neutralizing magic of any sorts, rendering enemies powerless against them. She had red eyes and striking silver hair.
Leigh the Enchantress had a connection with the earth elements. Making the ground shake is just at the tip of her fingers. That's not all, she's capable of enchanting things and making them do what she desires. Perhaps making a rock attack the target nonstop. Or something worse. Communicating to creatures of any kind is her natural born talent. Her eyes were dark brown and her hair was as red as an apple.
Aster the water fairy regulates the water from the river to the rose. She's capable of handling water into the palms of her hands without it scattering away. The river serves as their window to the world outside of their realm. To which she alone can make it work, through her connection with the waters. Her soft wavy midnight blue hair was parted into half on her face and it reached her elbows. She had eyes in the shade of deep purple.
Vladimir the plant fairy was the thorn among the roses. Not that he's really a thorn, but in a sense of comparison that he's the only male guardian among them all. He tends the roots of the rose on the soil using his plant realated prowess. He could feel and visualize the roots under the loam mauve soil. Making sure it's alright and healthy. He had short olive green hair that reached his shoulders, and his eyes were light brown.
Septimus was the light fairy that regulates the light from the source, to the rose. She brings the sunlight to the rose, and reduces some if it's too much. She was the only one among them all that's capable of flying. Mainly because her role requires her to do so. She had light skin and dark brown curly hair tied in a bun.

FantasyScribbler here, scribbling. I don't know about you, but I don't like knowing too much about a story before actually reading it. It gives it all away, my opinion. So I won't write a detailed blurb here. Instead, let me tell you what you ought to know...
