I was rushing around my house finding something to wear. I had to go with my brothers fiancée to look for a wedding dress. She was like a best friend to me, well, a second best friend. There was a know on the door and I immediately rushed over to open it. It was Ashley, my 4th grade best friend. We've been great best friends and we have each others backs always.

"Hey!" "Hey girl! Ready to go?" She was also great friends with the soon-to-be-wife. I finished getting ready. I slipped on a white crop top, some black shorts, my Nike shoes and ties up my hair. I grabbed my purse and my phone with my keys then made my way outside with Ashley. We were going in her car, so I walked around the car and slipped into the passengers seat.

The whole car ride was quiet. We arrived at the Karinas house (Aka the bride) and Karina was already waiting outside for us. I rolled down my window and motioned for her to come in. She rushed over and slipped into the back seat buckling up. "Hey, how's it going?" I asked.

She looked at me with a sincere smile. "Everything's going great, I can't wait to get married. Your brother is truly a wonderful man." I knew she truly loved him, because every time she talked about him, a spark appeared in her eyes. I smiled warmly and nodded my head.

We arrived at the mall, Ashley parked the car and we got out walking into the mall. We skipped through a few stores until we finally found THE dress. Karina, Ashley, and me were all in awe with the dress. She was smiling from ear to ear beaming happily. It was a beautiful, and unique white flowery dress. It was super cute and it hugged her curves perfectly.

Marian paid for the dress, we were anxious about the wedding but excited at the same time. At that moment I received a call, I told them girls to go ahead and walk ahead without me and I would join them in a while.

"Hello?" I answered. My moms sweet, and innocent voice ringed through the phone. "Hey dear, just wanted to check on you.. and remember about the date? You told me you had someone and I can't wait to meet them!" Oh no... no, no, no. I had totally forgotten. My brain has been a mess these past few days so I didn't really think about it much. "I-I'll make sure to bring them. Don't worry mom, I won't let you down."

I said with a smile on my face. My mom agreed and hung up the phone. I let out a sigh and starts walking again. But as soon as I start walking, I bump into a female, rock hard chest. It made me drop my phone. "Hey, look at where you're going next time!"
