On 18th of April,1996 a young woman named Cassie was brought into the City Star Hospital, San Fransisco. She was 38 weeks pregnant, bleeding and needed an operation immediately.

At 11.24 pm she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.

A few hours later, Sam recieves a call informing him about the birth of his baby daughter and his mistress didn't make it. He felt no remorse about Cassie dying.

Cassie didn't want to go for an abortion and wanted to keep the baby however much Sam tried to discourage her. Now, 7 months later, Sam was solely responsible for the upbringing and the welfare of the baby. He had no option but to leave for San Fransisco that night. He wrote a letter for his wife, explaining his absence.

At the airport, he sighed realizing his wife would probably go to Milan on another shopping spree and would create a huge issue when he returned. Thinking it would be best to warn his mother to expect Marie the next day, he called her up at the middle of the night and gave her the news. He ended up talking to his mother about Cassie, Marie and the new born baby till it was time to board the plane. Sam had no idea what he was going to do.

The next morning, as he held his only daughter in his arms, he realized he couldn't give her up for adoption. She was his baby. He needed to reason with his wife and keep his daughter, Alyssa.

16 Years Later.

She was sitting with her back against the tree and her face turned away from the sun. She was so engrossed in her book that she didn't notice the curly brown haired guy approaching her.

She looked up as his shadow loomed over her.

"Hey", he smiled at her.

"Hi."

"Are you new here?"

"Umm..yeah..kind of. I just moved in with my Grandmother."

"Ohh..I haven't seen you around here.. I'm Jake. I could show you around the town sometime, if you want."

"Alyssa. I'd like that."

"I gotta go. I'll catch you later. Bye."

She smiled admiring his cute butt as she watched him jog back down the hill.
