"I am crying here and you are smiling, you are  unbelievable, Flo." Angil ko kay Pinuno habang nakaupo siya sa living room couch ko. I called the bítch because I don't know who else would understand my situation after Kostagiama. It's just pure complicated and the only person who understands everything is the same bítch who sent me to Kostagiama to begin with.

"I mean, are you ready? 'Cause come sign here, baby girl." She tapped the pen on the paper. Yes, she came here with the contract, thinking that I was ready to go. She was that confident that my plan didn't work.

"Fúck you." Pabiro kong hinawi palayo ang papel.

She laughed and put the paper and pen on the floor. She then snatched another bottle of beer from the coffee table.

Kasalukuyan kaming narito sa living room ko, I was supposed to be in the hospital, but here I am, getting drunk at nine in the morning, while Beaux's spending time with our daughter upstairs. I'm guessing Bee got used to his presence already that she's no longer looking for me.

He took the time off from the hospital to be with Bee. His papa is so rich that this morning, when I snuck in and checked on my baby, he already had baby materials delivered and set up, so I just know, my daughter is having the time of her life in her papa's penthouse right now.

"Just kidding. For what it's worth, I am really rooting for you to get me in that pink dress, innit?" She asked with a thick accent.

I chuckled softly.

"Tångina, malabo." Sagot ko.

"You look horrendous when you cry, lass."

"Wow, thank you, you british årsehole." I copied her accent.

She laughed.

"No, I am dead serious, stop moping and let's go to the club later,"

Dahan-dahan naman akong napatingin sa kanya. Unlike my hot mess outfit, she's in her pantsuit. Perfectly tailored, ironed, and washed. Like magkakasakit ata ang babaeng ito kapag hindi siya nakasuot ng mamahaling pantsuit.

Eveything about her is proper, the way she styles her hair and she carries herself.

"What part of I-don't-want-any-díck-except-my-baby- father's is your thick british skull does not understand? Gusto mo bang tagalugin ko pa?"

She hissed.

"Goddåmn, you're feisty when you're heartbroken."

I sniffled and downed the bottle of beer before I said, "I am not just heartbroken, the man—-the only man I've loved is now someone else's. I am heart broken in this life and next one, and in all the lives I will ever have." Another tear fell on my cheek. "How fúcking delusional I was to think that everything will be fine when I come back..." Napahikbi ako.

"Bullocks." I heard her snatch the box of tissues from the side table. "I apologize, I didn't mean to poke on you like that, lass."

I shook my head.

"You're fine...it's me...ugh." I sighed and snatched the tissues in her hands.

"Say the word and I will take care of the American teacher."

"Will you shut up?" I said through my teary eyes.

"Come on, all I can offer is Margaritas and Murder, which one?"

"Jeez. Margarita it is!" I exclaimed, because from the looks of it, she looks serious about the murder part.

"There you go, we'll head to a club tonight, have some drinks and just maybe, you'll find a good distraction. Okay?" She asked gently.
