"What do you mean someone bought the shares in the company"I asked my PA anger dissolving my features.

"That was what I heard from the shareholders,madam"she said and I ran my hand through my hair.

"You can leave"I said as I looked through the documents.

The person bought the shares with a 40 percent rate profit for each shareholder.

I didn't know who the fuck this person is.

"Madam"I heard my PA's voice from the door.

"What do you want?"I asked in a low tone.

"The person who bought the shares would like to schedule a meeting with you at Clavier"my PA said with an ipad in her hand as she read the details of the proposal.

"I don't even fucking know who fucking bought the shares"I said rolling my eyes.

"Actually Miss Valtine, the shares were bought by the Warner companies"she said.

"This has to be a joke"I said under my breath.

Jameson was playing a dangerous game. If he wants to play, let's play.

"Tell them I have accepted to be present at the meeting at whatever terms they have"I said and my PA nodded.

She walked out of my office. I turned and was greeted by the beautiful sight of NYC. I watch the buildings and the cars of new York city.

This city had been an escape from reality.

JAMESON POV

I looked through her pictures. She's was amazing. It had been so many years of torture,so many years of memories,I wasn't leaving NYC without my queen. I wanted her back.

It hurt to know she never told me about our child. That she hid that news for me. She thought I wouldn't know but I was always there. I knew when she delivered exactly 8:40 in the evening on a Tuesday night.

I tracked everything. I wanted to he there,to hold her but I couldn't.

I watched from afar as my child took her first steps when her first words were "mama",when Zendaya would read the her in the night. I wanted to be there,to pamper and spoil both my queen and princess but I was too far.

Too far from reach.

Today was the day scheduled for the meeting at Clavier.

I put on something elegant pairing it with a turquoise necklace and golden heels. I did some makeup and ended with tainting my lips with hit red lipstick. I applied some blush and sprayed my signature smell of lavender and burnt oil around me which gave me a radiating glow. I paired it with a golden bag with sapphire jewels scattered along the edges of the bag.

With gentle strides,I walked out of my room. It was in the evening. Lana was already in bed and I had invited Daniel to take care of her whiles I was gone..I walked down to see Daniel watching a hockey match.

He was a huge fan of hockey and sports.

"Daniel"I said,softly calling his name.
He turned and stared at me,a little smile adorning his face.
