It was two beds and I slept on one. I didn't bother to open my eyes or anything and before I knew I was fast asleep.
Jameson Warner POV
She didn't want to tell me. I called my private investigator to do that for me. I would find out what was wrong with Lana.
I watched her as she was sleeping. Why did it have to be two separate beds?
Ugh
I couldn't even sleep. I got up to go and get some water to drink and when I came back I saw that she was moving too much. She was almost close to falling from the bed. I held her supporting her back into the bed.
My mother used to say "Jameson the world is a big place..I didn't find that happiness but I know you will where you least expect"
She was never wrong
I found happiness and three years passes but no lady could replace the etch she had on my skin or the hold she had on my heart.

In the night.....
I heard her mumble words as I slept on my bed. I couldn't even sleep and I had tried so many pills I would carry to be able to sleep but it was impossible.
I could still hear her mumbling and I got up to near her when the words "Stay" echoed from her lips.
"I'm here"I said softly.
"Promise? We won't fight again?"she asked,her eyes shut.
"I promise,love"I said and held her closer.
"Lie with me"she said and my eyebrows creased.
She must be imagining things.
"But"I tried to oppose when I heard her repeat it.
Pushing myself under the covers,I slept beside her. She wrapped her hands around me with her head buried in the crook of my neck.
Her fragrance bewitching, almost too real to be true.
Looking at her should even be a crime.
A natural drug she was. My eyes slowly closed as I held her closer. I wish I could hold her like this forever.
