   Chaotic

The tempest of emotions, a force to behold,
As people react, their mood swings take hold,
A storm brews within, with no warning or sign,
As chaos ensues, and reason declines.

The tides of anger rise, a tsunami of rage,
As tempers flare, and reason disengage,
Words become weapons, hurled with deadly aim,
As friendships crumble, and trust goes up in flames.

The winds of sadness howl, a mournful cry,
As tears flow freely, and hope starts to die,
A cloud of despair, envelops the mind,
As darkness descends, and joy is hard to find.

The lightning of fear strikes, a bolt from the blue,
As panic sets in, and reason is eschewed,
A storm of uncertainty, rages without end,
As doubt and confusion, become a trusted friend.

The thunder of envy booms, a deafening sound,
As jealousy consumes, and reason is drowned,
A tempest of desire, whips up a storm,
As greed and ambition, become the new norm.

The whirlwind of love twirls, a dance of delight,
As passion ignites, and reason takes flight,
A hurricane of affection, sweeps through the soul,
As emotions run wild, and reason loses control.

The calm after the storm, a time to reflect,
As reason returns, and emotions are checked,
A lesson learned, from the chaos we caused,
As we pick up the pieces, and try to rebuild what was lost.
